TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS i did the same thing I was so mad about my weight I am about 51kg and 5’1 tall and I am a little younger than you but still I felt fat and my bml said I should be about 45kg and I did the diet for 2 three months and I achieved it because I was consistent and after about 2 months I was 46kg I was proud of my self for losing that much weight but the side effects hit me like a rock I thought I was healthy and fit until I realized I didn’t get my period at all for about 6months and it was because I was eating small portion and diet I was really worried 😟 and now to get my period back I have to be the weight I was in the first place for my period to come back YES LOSING TOO MUCH WEIGHT CAN EFFECT YOUR PERIOD 😕😔 BUT after gaining my weight back I got my period and everything was normal I am happy they way I am now and I will never diet ever again live your life happy❤
I can totally relate to you girl I remember I was just 15 or 16 when trying some of the strict diets like dryfasting i could go 3 days with no food and water. This things made me to binge eat and made fatloss 10x harder .I heard I could have issues like loosing my period and loss of hair and it was bad for my overall growth then I stopped doing that. Currently I'm 19 and I have learned so much about nutrition and exercising. food is like a fuel our body needs it . Healthy fats like avocado,Penuts and proteins like eggs yogurt and Vegetables . More importantly weight loss from strict diets is water weight it will come back soon when you return to your regular meals a .Weightloss is not equal to fatloss weight loss could also mean muscle loss and waterloss I would suggest anyone to be patient and enjoy the journey and coorporate weightlifting (even using water bottles which could be found easily in our households and cardio excercises from youtube) even there is no need going to gym but if u have the time and money it will help you to be consistent but not joining the Gym can't be an excuse .30 min a day 4 days a week will make a huge difference in a month and the last thing ditch the scale and use measuring your waist in inches .Not watching the scale going down would be disappointing. You could also start intermittent fasting it's so good but never starve your body Walking could also be a good option
Don’t starve yourself for the sake of weight loss eat small portion, eat only three meals and not more. You don’t have to deprive yourself eating starch, and vegetables. Your body needs protein, and fat don’t forget that- your body needs them for cell regeneration and immune system. Just stay away from processed food which is considered luxury in Ethiopia. Physical exercise is also key, it doesn’t have to be at the gym. Just walking is something.
Hey Yidu, you’re truly amazing, and your impact is incredible! I recently watched your podcast with Yonas and noticed you’re looking for a thumbnail designer. I’d love to offer my skills in thumbnail design and video editing. It would be a fantastic opportunity to work with you!
