    I have the 1st production run of this exact same steel and design as yours mine came sharp my only problem is the polished handle it can get real slippery with some grease blood etc on your hands.It did give me a good reason to beat on without any regret or worry definitely not as pretty as when I bought it 😁.

    By the way, with my good knives i use the blade grinder from Ken Onion, i also use a $49.00 1x30 belt sander from Harbor freight and then ordered knife sharpening belts for it to include a strop I.e. Power strop

      +Gregory M I wanna incorporate one of those one day in my system. They just make sharpening quicker and easier

    Good one Sir! Love the Bravo line up. That lack of an edge is really odd though. Of the 25 or so I own, all have come crazy sharp. Oh well, glad you got it squared away. Good vid man!

    Did you buy it new? I've never had a new Bark River come where it wouldn't cut paper. That's the first thing I test when I get one and it always slices through like butter.

    Great vid. Trying to decide between this knife and the Fallkniven A1. Your video has helped immensely. Keep up the good work! Subbed.

      +Bug Outlaw i would recommend the bark river just because of the warranty. you can intentionally break it and they will replace it

    awesome knife man! I'm thinking on getting a pathfinder trade knife from Habillas bush tools but I dont know. is the thumb ramp on that thing any good?

    • @EverydaySurvival
      @EverydaySurvival  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +coolkid survival It honestly doesnt bother me. It bothered some other people but i think mine was less aggressive. I could do without it though. Also its about 20 bucks cheaper if you get it with the ramp so ya lol.

      Everyday Survival haha! hey I just watched your schf42 vid. what do u think on that one?

    • @EverydaySurvival
      @EverydaySurvival  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +coolkid survival That is a very good budget option. The handle feels amazing and the blade is long enough for just about anything.
