Did you loosen the carb intake on the filter or head side or were you able to just go up from the bottom with a screwdriver and remove the float bowl bolts/screws?
To be honnest idont know how to do it properly but i put the bike on the stand and take of the sub frame and the back shock and then i take the carb of.
What’s your altitude where you are? I’m sea level and I’m having trouble right now I have a 50 pilot and 155 main it starts with no choke but runs for a few seconds then bogs out.
Iam at sea level to, iam not sure what jets i used i think i showed it in the video or the video before mine was running lean and it was bogging down when i gave trottle
Hi I have a question I used to have a xr 600 but never really got the carburetor setup right :/ did you manage it now with the xr 400 so that you’re happy?
Not a fan of the grips, personally. Also, it's better to sand off the rust off the frame first, then give it a base coat, and wet-sand that, before (masking and) spray-painting. Also the frame paint color doesn't match. Just get the right color...
Keep up the good work, you have made it look a lot better! 👍🏻👌🏻
Thanks alot man🙌
Love the way that thing sounds
Awesome mate thanks from Australia
