In this video i am restoring the dirt bike. lets make the Honda XR400 last another 20 years! the honda xr400 was made from 1996 til 2004 it is a super durable bike! for sure worth restoring!

I also show you how to hone a cylinder. and how to rebuild a 125cc pitbike. the brand is YCF and the pitbike model is YCF 125cc lite. this is one of the cheapest pitbikes i ever bought.

Honda xr400 problems solved!

In this video we change the jetting of the honda xr400. The bike had a delay in throttle response. When i changed the pilot jet to a bigger size the problem was solved. Also we made all parts look brand new again on the 21 year old honda xr400. Now we got a good looking and good running bike. So this video shows how you can build a dirtbike on a budget!

Hey man I have a similar pit bike, the kick start only goes down if the clutch is held in but has no compression when it dose kick down just goes straight down. If clutch not held in it doesn’t kick down just stuck, if you would know why like it needs a full rebuild or worth fixing would really appreciate it I can’t find any information on it. If u don’t know that’s okay man
Someof these little bikes will only kick with clutch out. When clutch is in it does not engage. If yours isn't turning it could be stuck or seized, can you roll it in gear?
what size is that piston ? and won’t the compression change due to different depths of the piston ?

So I took my dirtbike mudding and in the middle of the mud my dirtbike turned off and hasn’t started since I took my whole dirtbike apart dumped out all of the gas took my nibbi carburetor off cleaned it and I took my engine off and took the engine apart drain all the oil and then I put everything back together put new oil in it and new gas and it’s still not starting and now there’s something leaking out of my bike and idk what it is and it still won’t start and it has compression but not as good as it should do you know any reason why it wouldn’t be starting still or what would be leaking out of my engine?

OMG MAN U JUST SAVED MY ASS FROM SPENDING AT LEAST 60€ OR EVEN MORE!!! It didnt go like in this vid, becouse i have a diffrenet scooter, but it was VERY similar. First i didnt know what i was searching, but then i finaly saw it and all i had to do, was to give a cable a little push and BAM IN OPENED!!! THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH MAN THANK YOU! A random spoke from an old bike but any kind of wire would do.

You got the wrong piston they make a big and small valvle of those motors think you got the low comp piston
Might need new oil gide valves stop that smoking

Groetjes van uit Canada. Thank you for this video. I recently had the seat reupholstered and the locking mechanism was not reinstalled properly, so I could not get the seat open. I followed your guidance and, not unlike you, it took a few minutes to hook on to and release the locking mechanism. Most importantly, it worked.
