New China-Built Bridge Over Bassac River: 16th Bridge Construction!

Subscribe for more: bit.ly/45lnje4 Hey there! Just wanted to share some exciting news with you! On February 19, 2024, we broke ground on a new bridge over the beautiful Bassac River. The best part? This is the 16th bridge that we've built under a concession loan from the People's Republic of China.
The bridge project is going to be amazing! It will be a twin concrete bridge that connects the Chak Angre Krom-Prek Pra area. The total length of the bridge is going to be 845.7 meters, and the road that connects both ends of the bridge will be 804.3 meters long, making it a total of 1650 meters!
The twin concrete bridges will be 27 meters wide, with each bridge having a width of 13.25 meters. There will be two lanes for cars, one lane for motorcycles, and one lane for pedestrians, making it easy and safe for everyone to use.
The project is going to be built by a Shanghai construction company and technically supervised by Guangzhou Wan-An Technical Consulting. The construction period is set to be around 42 months, with a scheduled completion date in 2027. The project is budgeted at $60.2 million.
