For me , the most overwhelming thing in hybe is how the CEO were closed to their artist like they do. And see how the foods and more meaning they really have no restrictions of eating and so on. The healthy environment of work. Proud of you Bang Pd-nim
Yeah you r right bang pd-nim is the perfect CEO to work with.. Coz the way he has so friendly relationship with his artists that's really something easy and light environment to work with.. But about rules and restrictions I believe he has hired people who take care of this things.. Like taetae told back on bts's training era how he got scolded for adding salt in his boiled chicken and how rm and him hid their icecreams in their pockets bcz the agency car was following them... Also there's many more stories about restrictions.. So I believe txt and other teams also do have restrictions but nowadays they became more considered about themselves, their looks, dance and all..so the agency people doesn't have to do much...but if they dnt follow I guess the company can take actions for that also they get signed up before becoming a trainee so that time they go through the rules so they follow that knowing it's actually good for their future.. 😊😊also they just have good example in front of their eyes so they work hard and doesn't misbehave..
He's a wise man. He knows that in long term having good relationship and treating your employees well is going to work in his favour. And shows his personality as well. And if he's this close to TXT, imagine how close he's with BTS.

Bang Shi Hyuk even bring the members out individually to eat with him during their difficult time .. instead of calling him "Boss" he let BTS's member to call him "Hyukie hyung" .. To my co-MOA, Joon has really that kind of chaotic personality. He already explained in the first minute of the video that he always shut talking/interrupting his guest, so it's not only TXT. Go watch his other contents and you'll know what I mean. Also, Bang PD and Joon are really close back in g.o.d. (Joon's group) days. There's so many edits in this video (like the one he shared his experiences as an Idol in the music industry before and giving advice to them) so don't judge quickly as we don't know behind the scenes.
hybe's environment and facilities is so nice the way everyone is equal is really great. joon is so entertaining as always. the editors of wassup man deserves a raise aside from praising txt they always make funny/interesting edits.
Fans need to know that there is a reason Joon got to enter HYBE when others don't. It has nothing to do with him being friends with Bang Pdnim (he is friends with a lot of people). it has to do with the fact that Joon's show is real. That man is real. he doesn't sugarcoat things. If you guys haven't watched his other episodes you wouldn't know how great of a guy he is. He befriends random people on streets, takes them for eating and pays for them as well, he did a charity program on Christmas where he went to say thank you to a lot of people who have helped others through their business, he never kisses celebrities' ass and is always ready to help. His personality is louder than Jessi so some people feel that he is rude or overbearing but he is anything but that. no offence to anyone but TXT is generally not very comfortable when it comes to variety shows. I saw there Running Man episode and it wasn't much. They might be very good in their own (HYBE produced) shows (just like BTS run episodes) but with Joon you gotta match his energy. Such exposure is good for TXT since it will take them out of their shell I hope people won't hate on Joon because how he was 'shown' to be treating TXT. It's the editing and that's the fun part of it. If you don't like his style instead of hating just don't watch it
I knew him before because he went on Knowing Brothers with Yuqi and Lucas and he sure was damn funny, also because of g.o.d. I haven't seen any fans butchering him though, but still this might be a great precaution.

Well Joon was a rapper tho. They’re like one of the biggest boy group back then alongside with some other 1st gen idols. Just like how the 2nd gen have BIGBANG,TVXQ,SUJU. Then 3rd gen have BTS,EXO,iKon, etc But really tho, Joon was a famous member of a famous idol back then. One thing I really like about HYBE ARTISTS IS THAT, THEY ARE JUST BEING SO STRAIGHT FORWARDED. THEY SAY WHAT THEY WANTED TO SAY, COZ THAT'S WHAT THEY FELT LIKE TO DO. They never tried to act like the one who knows everything. They're just being simply true and honest for themselves. One thing, other Artists wasn't able to do because of their company/agency rules.
To all the MOAs unfamiliar with Joon and If you’ve watched this channel, this is how he usually rolls. It may seem rude and abrupt, but it’s really difference of cultures. And that’s what the show goes for. joon isn’t some random foreigner; he’s part of the 1st gen kpop idol group g.o.d. so he knows what it’s like. Even TXT mentioned this show on TO DO, joking they do an episode of this caliber.
Not to forget that it's because of the contributions from all of the 1st gen kpop like g.o.d, the younger generations after them had better places and facilities for them to train. In fact ,I can say that g.o.d went through a lot during their trainee days. They had to eat, sleep, poop, practice their vocals and choreography and record their tracks under the same roof. Plus, their accommodation was in a rural area where many graveyards is located and their accommodation will get flooded when it's raining heavily where the water will flow from graveyard. Furthermore, most of the time they don't have enough expenses for food where they only can afford 1 meal everyday and that 1 meal, they had to share 2 bowls of jajangmyeon with 5 members. There are times they had to go to the temple for free food. And during on winter seasons, their accommodation's pipe will get frozen and they had to travel to the nearest hospital just to take showers.
I feel like he was fine. They understood him and no one took offense to anything. He’s like the old uncle at the barbecue that everyone loves even if they seem “rude”

Fans need to know that there is a reason Joon got to enter HYBE when others don't. It has nothing to do with him being friends with Bang Pdnim (he is friends with a lot of people). it has to do with the fact that Joon's show is real. That man is real. he doesn't sugarcoat things. If you guys haven't watched his other episodes you wouldn't know how great of a guy he is. He befriends random people on streets, takes them for eating and pays for them as well, he did a charity program on Christmas where he went to say thank you to a lot of people who have helped others through their business, he never kisses celebrities' ass and is always ready to help. His personality is louder than Jessi so some people feel that he is rude or overbearing but he is anything but that.
no offence to anyone but TXT is generally not very comfortable when it comes to variety shows. I saw there Running Man episode and it wasn't much. They might be very good in their own (HYBE produced) shows (just like BTS run episodes) but with Joon you gotta match his energy. Such exposure is good for TXT since it will take them out of their shell

To all the MOAs unfamiliar with Joon and If you’ve watched this channel, this is how he usually rolls. It may seem rude and abrupt, but it’s really difference of cultures. And that’s what the show goes for. joon isn’t some random foreigner; he’s part of the 1st gen kpop idol group g.o.d. so he knows what it’s like. Even TXT mentioned this show on TO DO, joking they do an episode of this caliber.
Not to forget that it's because of the contributions from all of the 1st gen kpop like g.o.d, the younger generations after them had better places and facilities for them to train. In fact ,I can say that g.o.d went through a lot during their trainee days. They had to eat, sleep, poop, practice their vocals and choreography and record their tracks under the same roof. Plus, their accommodation was in a rural area where many graveyards is located and their accommodation will get flooded when it's raining heavily where the water will flow from graveyard. Furthermore, most of the time they don't have enough expenses for food where they only can afford 1 meal everyday and that 1 meal, they had to share 2 bowls of jajangmyeon with 5 members. There are times they had to go to the temple for free food. And during on winter seasons, their accommodation's pipe will get frozen and they had to travel to the nearest hospital just to take showers.
