Dang! Hybe has amazing amenities for their staff & artist. Just recently HYBE becomes the first entertainment company to open an In-House Healthcare Center staffed by Medical Professionals. They follow the same model adopted by other major Korean companies like LG & SAMSUNG. I wanna work their just for the cafeteria🤣 but honestly Hybe's amenities & the services they offer to ensure the safety & well being of their artist & employee is amzing.
Hybe really is the future design company, Hybe really tries to make there no hierarchy and just good work with serious professionalism when it comes to meeting and the goal of the project, the fact that Zico as the executive producer doesn't have a separate desk from other employee is something, of course I'm pretty sure that he has different room or studio for music but when it's come to office room their just work in the same room freely is really cool.
I think Bang PD has said in an interview before that he wants open areas where many different people can work together and share ideas. Really I,pressed with Bang PD as a visionary, producer and leader. What he’s built (with BTS) and now with HYBE in such a short time is truly remarkable.

I can tell zico really loved BOYNEXTDOOR and how much the boy loved him seeing him being really hand on and helping out with boys in their comeback I can see how much the boy are the taken care by him cause zico been through some with his old company first company he was under stardom entertainment and how he was mistreated by them he properly didn't want them to go through the thing he been through and take care of them.
