I had a fan fiction idea where Uncle Iroh finds Jin while liberating Ba Sing Se, and after explaining the whole situation and their true identities, brings her back to see Zuko. Zuko would be mortified and embarrassed at first and apologize for lying to her, but she would say she understood and that he could make it up to her by taking her on a proper date this time. Zuko asks why she would still want to do that after how the last one ended, and she says she felt something with him she has never felt with anyone else. Zuko would admit he felt the same, and after they kiss again, he agrees to go on another date with her.
Interesting theory floating around that Iroh purposefully did Zuko’s hair horribly so that Jin would ruffle it and give Zuko the first act of affection he’d received in years from anyone but himself. I support this theory.
That sounds like just the kind of thing Iroh would do. He’s a little prankster. I also don’t believe for a second he didn’t know that the lotus tile was in his sleeve the whole time. Everything he does has a purpose, even if it seems silly.

He’s more conventionally attractive than Aang 2. The Fire and Water symbolism. While ignoring that they never actually showed interest in each other. What kills me is that Zuko is actually incredibly talented, besides firebending he can also breakdance and knows how to use swords, but he simply accepts his fate as a circus juggler.
Both Zuko & Iroh represented the very BEST of their element. Iroh’s passion was channeled through his love of tea…his fire, his heat allowed the creation of something delicious, calming, and enjoyable. Here, Zuko used his fire to give a glimpse of beauty; focused, and tightly disciplined.
Jin even only appeared for a moment, then you claimed Jin>>Mai without seeing that Mai and Zuko's love for each other was so great. Even Mai is willing to betray Azula.

Since it isn't clear who is Izumi's mother is (zuko's daughter, if you don't know or remember who she is). There's a chance it isn't Mai, since she broke up with zuko at one point and we never saw them together again, if i recall (unless i'm wrong). There's still a slimmer hope of chance that Jin could still be with Zuko in the end

What kills me is that Zuko is actually incredibly talented, besides firebending he can also breakdance and knows how to use swords, but he simply accepts his fate as a circus juggler.

I doubt it. Jin only knew "Lee" but Mai knew "Zuko". That's the difference. Jin never saw some of the bad sides of Zuko that Mai has seen.

Since it isn't clear who is Izumi's mother is (zuko's daughter, if you don't know or remember who she is). There's a chance it isn't Mai, since she broke up with zuko at one point and we never saw them together again, if i recall (unless i'm wrong). There's still a slimmer hope of chance that Jin could still be with Zuko in the end
