For me, the most insane operating systems is GEOS and GeckOS for MOS 6502 CPUs. GEOS have own graphical interface, paint program, and ability to compile and debug graphical programs. GeckOS is an UNIX-lile OS also for 6502 CPUs, it is not graphical, but it is multitasking and have some UNIX commands.

On the 11th of August 2018 Terry was believed to have killed himself by standing on a train track near Portland, Oregon.

But in his paranoic state where he just went on his ramblings and getting praised by 4chan type characters while saying shit like "glow [nword]" to refer to survailling feds should make anyone normal person raise an eyebrown when they see someone vehemently singing Terry's praises.
Also the craziest part of the whole thing, apparently the entire OS was apparently just a text, Terry was an amazing programer and it would be interesting to see what he could have done if he was more mentally stable
The Temple OS lore is insane. A hand-written kernel, compiler for your own programming language, tons of apps, CD support, 20 3D games, and all that fits on a 1.44MB floppy. And Terry Davis was a genius, naturally, probably also had a genius level IQ. A true gift from God.
