2 things missing!!! U can't sell 100% of ur holding s in one time because of low liquidity problem.
So if u have 1000 ice cream u get 20% commission u sell 100/300 in 1 month
Will give u less than 3/4% of total value investment in that business + on that there will be expenses like food, stuff, electric bill, room rent etc.
So u will be left with 1/2% per month profit maximum unless u take loan
And put more 2/3 shops and continue ur journey

Dont sell fake hopes. Earning depends upon footfalls. Assuming you sell product with average price of INR 30 and say average commission is 8% (considerin no icecream sales in non summer). This means you need to clock a revenue of approx 10 lacs per month. Again, if average product price is 30 Rs, you need to sell item over 33,000 times to generate net commission of 80,000. Plus meet staff light local tax expenses.
