8:20 i'm never really clear on this so others please feel free to pitch in. so Ally obviously goes by "they/them" today, so my first instinct was "ope this guys just misgendered Ally, I should point that out." and in all fairness, he corrected himself about 10 seconds later. but at the same time, Ally's pronouns _at the time of this original recording_ were "she/her" i believe (unless i'm wrong about that in which case this whole point is moot). so my question is, is it technically incorrect to refer to Ally as "she" here, given the fact that we're talking about _past_ Ally and not present Ally? genuinely curious
