This was a well written character. It would have been fun to see Mike Prince vs Axe & Grigor. When he told that story about the cup of wine.. it broke me. Brilliant writing!

@@TheMohaChannel not everything they want it is true they can do alot of things normal people cant but they also face problems other people cant even comprahend as you climb the top the path gets dangerous and less well known until you reach the end of the known and walked path is when things get even more dangerous

But perhaps I meant that they can do whatever they want to a normal guy. They are the worst enemy you can have. There were many times in the show where Axe (who is a sweetheart compare to Andolov) fired someone and then made sure he didn’t get hired from any other company in the financial field. He ended careers.
Annoying is there understatement of the year. The music freaking ruins the clip. It gets lost and louder so by the end you miss the most important part of the conversation. Why do these idiots do this?!?

During the 'lean years' (post soviet collapse) his mom was a prostitute to help them survive, he knows this and does everything he can to protect her and cherish her for her ability to help him survive. now he's a ruthless monster who thematically acts as awful as the era he was raised in. tough times make tough men. monstrous times make monstrous men.
It's not in this segment, but from what I remember: Grigor was given the wine by a Russian soldier, who in turn saw his mother and assaulted her in front of Grigor's eyes. Other soldiers gathered up and joined. Grigor couldn't say anything (because if he had, the soldiers would separate his mother from him, thus being powerless). And her mother never complained so she could also stay with her child after. Kinda explains why such a men sought power: to protect his family and that they would never be hurt again.
