@@masl3noki814 it is not about the polish but actually the lack thereof. Cruelty squad is a horrible, disgusting world, and to see the sheer madness in its highest detail would likely be just as, if not more disorienting and discomforting. The current art style is wonderful and works perfectly fine so its all good, plus the level of detail I'm talking about would probably not be achievable, anyways. That said, the world of Cruelty Squad with the visual fidelity of our world would be nightmarish. It could easily be mistaken for hell. On another note, Deus Ex's graphics are amazing and the only thing a sequel to it ever needed was slightly higher resolution textures and a better lighting engine. I love the look of the first Deus Ex so much

@@ToxikBox I interpreted it as complete desensitization. The people in cruelty squad achieved immortality. So normal things are boring, and they make the world look outlandish. And you too become desensitized to the game's graphics after a few playthroughs, and you start to see the sort of beauty in it.

Its amazing how Ville managed to make such annoying music but beautiful at the same time. Cruelty squad is a game either ugly and disgusting but fun and beautiful at the same times. Ville, the creator is a genius.
