I still can’t figure out what this song is exactly about, the only thing it reminds me of is white happy, I notice that there’s someone who’s optimistic and hopeful and another pessimistic and sees a dark future (I can’t tell if they’re two separate people or the same person changing mood)
If that’s the theme why is it called thirst? Before the translation I used to assume it’s thirst for love or something…
I should probably read the lyrics million times until I finally tie some things together 🫤

its a song on the album coin locker baby, and is exclusive to the album :) im not sure why it doesn’t have an amv, i just asume its because its album exclusive 😭 idk how to explain it lol

@@fffanii I think it’s because the instrumental was made by another person, and maretu only made the vocals. I guess to not discredit the creator of the instrumental, and not make it look like he owns the whole song.

im not sure if this is an accurate source@@N0R1. , but on the vocaloid lyrics wiki, maretu is credited for the music and lyrics. there are other album exclusive songs without amvs, and as someone who listens to maretu religiously, the instrumentals completely fit his style and the instruments he uses/lh/info ( vocaloidlyrics.fandom.com/wiki/渇き_(Kawaki)/MARETU )
