if you cant dowload it, you can try to open the file with winrar. that way you dont have to deal with security settings

if it was installed without any error, then go to:
View tab
(click) Toolbars
(scroll down to VRAY check boxes and check them.

@@Rohitkumar411 if you wanna use Chao's library then you would need to login, I've logged in to it isn't affecting the crack version. But don't update the vray version it will stop working

You can get by rolling the mouse wheel. it reduces/increases the size of the buffer frame window resolution.

I've done turning off all the protection from my laptop

@@JustColors023 try these steps, it helped for few:
Uninstall sketchup and vray completely
Restart pc/laptop
Turn off the internet,virus protection, firewall
Re install Sketchup (cracked setup) but dont run sketchup
Reinstall Vray with crack
