    That's a supper food too, very rich in vitamins and has anti-cancer properties. Next time do not through away the water, drink as well since it has the potency too

    Thanks you for your perspective… I have it all over my garden. I think of it as an unexpected ground cover. I planned to use as mulch as well. 😊

    In vietnam it's a food for a long time, but now people've forget it's edible, especial the city people, and the most thing i like from them is the recovery soil power of them, i had saw it grew from a very poor soil, they grow short in first few years and after 5-10 years i saw they grow virgous and the soil below them is so good so healthy. Such a great piorneer plant.

    No, Acharn! Those plants are not first brought here from Taiwan, they’re always here in Thailand. In my village up in the mountain, we have been seeing them since forever. However, I’ve never seen anyone eating them. Good to know that’s they’re edible!!

    I don't know that this leaves boil and eat, however, this leaves are excellent of making tea and drink. It really helpful for diabetic patients, high blood pressure patient as well as gastric problems.

    Spanish needles is not just food; very medicinal for mucous membranes. Respiratory infections, lingering cough, stomach/digestive upset, and UTI

    I think I have them on my land. Not sure but I keep getting these spikes in my clothes and are so annoying lol. Didn’t know they were good.

      The seeds that cling to your clothes could be sprouted into microgreens! :-) I collect them just for this.
