It’s only when I watch videos such as these that I realise how much of a ride my old chiropractor was taking me on! 15 minute appointments, at a cost of $65 (Australian) and no testing of my back, movements, neck etc. Sure, he asked how I was feeling, but that clearly cut into the 15 minute treatment time. Is this level of care normal? It is fabulous 😊

Watching this makes .y lower back feel better 2 week ago part of my bed collapsed just sitting and I fell backwards jarring my back good it's gotten much better watching this helps alot
@crowdsalad6814 it's a old wooden frame I've hadn't since 2001 my whole bed did collapse just under neath the mattress it kinda collapsed let me say again my bed is 25 yrs old
