In BC - the NDP tried to restrict the drug use in public spaces (before the government approved it) then BC court struck it down because it infringes on the rights of the drug users. But this same judge - did nothing to protect the rights of the rest of the community. Ironically it is the community that pays the bills (not the drug addicts). So - hypothetically - if addiction is supported, sustained and spreads in a community to the point of overtaking it - what will happen with the community?
