dude i want to know when ponytown raters shut up about shading because like they dont shut up about shading and they also dont accept other styles of making ponies other than the very specific style most people have
i agree. like whenever i was in a rating line this person asked me to shade the shit all the cos/ocs i made it frustrates me... it honestly makes me feel bad for the ppl who responded "i dont wanna." just let them have their own style.
FOR REAL. I normally use very very bright/neon colors for my ocs and like when i shade i also use neon colors to do the outlines so and people always says to not put bright colors and cool it down.. It's my style and if i wanna make it super flashy then i can like don't comment how i style my ponies 😭

the Real ponytown rating experience is going in with a pony you just made and getting nyothing but hate then going in with a rlly crusty pony from 3 years ago and getting tons of high ratings (this has happened to me before but it doesnt happen as much nyow cause i learned a cool trick for doing outlines)

tbh i remember getting in a rating line in which some1 already said the rater was rude which i probably shouldve listened to but i didnt, so just for context i *used* to put some white outlines on my pony, so the rater (whose charater was named somethin like hot sauce mlp concept) looked at my pony and said i looked like sperm as if his pony didnt look like period blood
That's their opinion but idk if u tryna fix it but don't change, your style are good although they think it wasn't good but pls don't send any hate on them cuz this is their opinion, i also see this experience happened until the drama happened, a guy who report them for giving them a 7 cuz he think their style are bad though it normal or good, until i told him that's their opinion but he didn't care then he accused me of hating on "gey" though i didn't said that. I tell him where's the proof but he keep leaving or rejoining and gave false proof then ran away without giving me a proof.
