I love your work. I own a G5 and two Converts. I've also been very active in vintage road racing with AHRMA. I very much enjoy your videos. I pick up some good ideas watching you work. Thanks for sharing with us.
I wonder what it's like to see something you have built again after perhaps many years? Perhaps realizing something could have been done differently or maybe surprised about a detail that you have forgotten was there? Just retorical questions and enjoyed your video as usual!
hello , are you japanese? do you know the brand tourmax? they sell parts in europe as a japanese brand, i m wondering if it is just chinese behind it...
@@MrFlyingPanda Yes, I’m Japanese. Honestly speaking, I don’t know the name, however, it might because of that I am not very young. I try to ask my friend who may know better than me and reply if I got any.
@@onboro_alfa_SGL thank you for your answer. i think it s just lie.. maybe it was once a company but i doubt it s the same now. i 'm asking because i want to buy admission pipe for yamaha 600xt but chinese product and this brand look the same.. what do you buy in japan? oem or other brand?
@@MrFlyingPanda I also asked my friend who has more experience than me, however, we buy OEM genuine parts as far as those are available. Among OEM genuine parts, some parts are produced in China, but, in case of OEM parts, the quality of those parts are well controlled OEM. My friends says that is the biggest difference from 3rd party brand’s parts.

So they cannot vibrate loose. Especially to prevent oil spilling out onto the track. So usually drain plugs are lock wired. Sometimes other parts which are sensitive to vibration.

I am not a motorcycle owner, so this question may be silly. Why changing filter and every gasket when they are all look "pristine" and great conditions? I guess for racing one may want everything new, but I could be wrong.
This is not a maintenence. This is a ritual. Performed by a master.
Easily the best motorcycle channel on TH-cam
Thanks
Damn everything from the bikes to your workshop and the videography are really beautiful.
Thanks!
This is an excellent channel. The filming is top-notch. The content and presentation make it one of my favorite channels.
You do amazing work. Funny story I found this channel by accident when I was looking to renovate my office. Now I can't stop watching your videos.
The “old” oil looks so clean and clear
Man that is a beautiful bike. The craftsmanship in all aspects of your work & videos is truly inspirational.

I can tell from the wear on the corner of the valve covers that someone has been racing it!
That thing sounds SO GOOD.

a true craftsman
Beautiful

What's the fairing? And something I don't get: all that work and no fork brace?
Why the parts need to be wired? I know it is because of the regulation, but what is the reason of this? Nice job, as always!

Beautiful. I've always wondered about this build, is the fairing custom made or can it be bought from a manufacturer?
