1/2 tsp soda
3 tbsp dahi
2 cups basmati rice
2-3 elaichi
1-2 tej patta
5-6 laung
1 dalchini
1-2 badi elaichi
1 tsp jeera
2 tsp salt
For Gravy
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
2 green elaichi
3-4 kali mirchi
2 pieces onions
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 green chillies
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup potatoes
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup beans
1/4 cup frozen peas
2 tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp biryani masala
1/2 cup curds
