Sir mera system chalte chalte automatic ruk jata then 10mins baad fir chalne lagta hai......hp help centre wala kah raha ttha ki ham trouble shooter ke help se pahle pata lagaye ki system me hardware problm hai yah nahi tab ham engineer ko bheje

The process is depends upon bios manufacturer , let's assume u have a hp pc, so u go to hp website n download bios for that specific model n save to ur hard disk n then run the . exe file n proceed as per instructions , once complete pc will restart automatically. No just escape key n exit option u will see to reboot , or else press alt+ctrl+del to reboot
