  • Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan reacts to a Just Stop oil protester being punched by a furious motorist after a slow walk protest caused a pregnant woman to crash her car.
“Where exactly is the law? Where were the police,” Mr Morgan said.
“I can sympathise for the anger someone feels when they’re trying to go about their day to get to a hospital appointment.”

    • @aspiknf
      @aspiknf 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

I think it is because it is obvious that that there are higher ups in the police who purposely want to be soft on the loser JSO protestors because those police officers think that the loser JSO protestors are not breaking the law...somehow the speed of how the JSO protestors walk in the middle of the road is legal or something...so the police are taking little action. The police are silly though because JSO are clearly stopping a huge number of people getting on with their daily lives due to their obstruction. They should be like the German police and just remove those wankers and put them on the pavements. Also, the UK Justice System sometimes sucks, and perhaps the current laws say that what JSO is doing is legal...although you could make an argument for blocking the roads being an illegal thing to do. The UK police are too soft.

But the police can charge people afterwards, too. Like they do with protesters in Germany but also with attackers who got caught on camera. Especially after kicking someone to the head who is already down.
Irony here: because of the attacked blocking the second lane (where cars actually were rolling before the incident) it is even more difficult for the police to arrive there.

The fault really lies at the hands of the Police, when they're not too busy giving the JSO hugs and cups of teas , they're violently aresting anyone that dared to approach the little darlings, despite our home secretary Suella Braverman ordering the police to be more proactive.
In England, the police have a political agenda and their agenda is more important and goes above anything else, no matter how bizzare, not forgetting our great police twerking at our black carnivals to promote diversity and having their police cars painted in rainbow 🌈 colours to promote Gay Pride..

Good story - but out of the context here!
Look at the footage again! The cars in that rush hour traffic were "rolling" at 3 kph, max. So you simply cannot talk about a "serious" accident!
Second: *The pregnant woman jumps (!) out of the car first!* Well ... that accident must have been very shocking for her.
But the irony here is: *Seeing the husband kicking that guy on the ground to his head (that part where the woman starts screaming) should have been way, way more stressful to her and the baby!*
So the problem here is not the slow running traffic or a slow accident with a small bump - it's the aggression of that attacker and the woman having to witness it.
If he would have been clever and protective, he would have calmed his wife, took a fast photo of the small accident, *talk calmly to the protesters for him to quickly need to move forward* and just have been slowly but steady and calmly driving his pregnant wife to the hospital - and not brutally kicking someone on the ground. ;o)

We are furious, the victims, the people are abused. We will cut off heads and give sharia retribution.
You see, the law has to actually do something. If the elite can do whatever they want, the social contract the West is built on -- that we let the law rule over us so long as it doesn't restrict our options and actually holds people accountable -- it disappears. As soon as that happens, the next criminal is decapitated and the streets run smoother than they have ever. At a cost to privileged oppressors -- for atleast 3 generations, America has had extremely entitled generations. To the degree y'all abuse and attavk others, and get away with it. And yhat's entitely based in ur race, your ideology, so on. If the contract of society is annihilated, Karens, traffic blockers, as is our right when they destroy society, they die. They are bringing it to a simmering point. For the first time, millennial white activism isn't restricting rights and abusing and grooming children in school, it's harming everyday people. Now, some of us come from backgrounds and countries so tough, the minimum ounishment if crime is a decade in prison, petty theft has 2 amputations, the right leg and left hand as the saying goes, and capital punishment by slow torture. Your behavior wouldn't survive without the government to protect you. It would be modern, maybe, possibly barely avoiding theocracy, but to the same degree of Saudi Arabia, you will have to show respect to others, literally bow, or you start blood fueds, clan wars and death which only you and all your relatives and children would suffer for. New Yorkers can't do that shit -- how many spiked heads do you think it would take before the youth get on their knees in slavery and the veterans shake in horror? And you idiots, you idiotic imbeciles -- America would still be the safest place, you would learn that the hard way. Do you want your white entitled kids and friends to live when they block traffic? I don't care how white or millennial you are, wounded and abused animals fight back, the people are fighting back against the systemic communist scum supported by this elitist commie government. All the North korea-esque cameras, all the gender tone policing, all of it will be ended. Viva revolution! I get hope in America and will come back with an army. I know these white brats will keep tempting the average worker, if it tips over, I'm coming with an army to help the revolution. Unlike white kids, we do not parasitize off the system then call it patriarchy. We respect the past system and will bring it back, but we will make it bloody revolution. Yes, violence isn't the answer, but it is the question and the answer is yes. Choose, democracy or a bunch of white brats from Just Stop Oil choosing for you, and go fight if u choose democracy.

I can only ask one simple question: if in you beating someone up in the middle of the street, they crack their head on the pavement, or you fracture their neck and either kill or permanently disable them, will you still feel okay with swinging? Would you be comfortable with spending the rest of your life not even in jail, just paying for the civil lawsuit from a wrongful death or maiming injury case?
I've had a moment of madness, where I was so enraged, so beyond anything resembling sanity, I would have smashed my target's head into the ground until it literally fell apart in my hands had I been able to get a solid grip in them. When that feeling left me, I didn't feel better...I felt empty. I felt hollow. My anger was gone, but nothing replaced it. Had I done that person serious harm, I would have spent my life paying for that hollowness. Your CAR has insurance, your HOME has insurance...you don't. So when you lose a serious lawsuit, there's no upping your premium or adding a liability waiver, you just pay, and pay, and pay....

when the police fail to do their job it falls to the citizens to pick up the slack... Every where in the world there is a contract between the people and the city/town, the county, the state to provide policing/law enforcement. If they fall to provide it then it is up to the people to do it. If the government is afraid of or don't want "vigilantism" then they need to provide the policing/law enforcement that the people want and pay taxes for.
Even in the USA it is illegal to block a person's travel or access to government or private property. Protesting that blocks roads or building access that are not permitted by the city/town are illegal protests. I'm all for people having the right to protest but when breaking laws, damaging private or public property, or infringing on other people's rights is "protesting", well that is not protesting that is criminal behavior that deserves jail time or a beat down.
All those oil "protesters" in the UK are not protesters, they are insurrectionists who value the damaging property and just pissing people off more than their "protest"

I hate how she says it doesn’t ruin people’s day, it’s just an inconvenience to their day. No, you holding them hostage. Nobody will support your cause by behaving like this. You got people to talk now move to the side of the road.

Love that she mentions China producing electric buses, it astonishes me that nobody seems to be talking about the batteries that run these things, the fact that we still need power stations to provide the electricity to charge them and that they have a short shelf life like any man made product they will at some point need to be disposed of. Another thing if as these people want we stop oil what will be used to lubricate all of the gearing for sustainable energy sources, lifts, escalators, engines of e cars and on and on. Grow up people, the world is attempting to adapt. Oh and another thing she talks about India, does she think a country that size is incapable of speaking for itself, the pomposity of her position is preposterous. Alliteration intended😊

China's economy is a sham. Its on the brink of collapse , China psints barren rock green , to look like grass from the air. China related thousands and thousands of electric cars for the populace , butnitbwas scam , and those cars are resting in huge lots , just rotting away. These jso morons have done zero research,

Im suprised that this isnt happening more, you stand in someone way.. and as far as I am concerned.. you deserve what comes next. You cannot block someones path is any walk of life and expect no come back. This isnt violence, its freedom. Dont block a human. You have no right.

It’s time police were ordered to arrest just stop oilers and give them at least a month in prison- after they begin being actually locked up for a month, their desire to protest in ways that are anything but peaceful will diminish a lot

    #justdontstop
Just don't stop. Don't engage. Don't argue. Don't try and move them. Just don't stop. You have the legal right of way.
These people rely on you backing down. They rely on you slowing down. They rely on you honking your horn and giving them more and more videos to promote their message.
It's very simple, just don't stop. If someone steps out in front of you, intentionally, then they have caused an accident.
Once they start being hit by cars, who have the right of way on our motorways, they won't dare to step out. Just like the average person crossing the street doesn't just step out and expect the traffic to stop for them.
What these people WANT (I've had one of them tell me), is a martyr for the cause. They're going to get one, but unfortunately, the public hate them so much now, it won't be met with shock, it will be met with applause.
