I grew up on this. We need it now, more than ever
Ah man, it’s tough to see Patrice getting all emotional....and Giraldo had such a bright future ahead of him, it’s crazy
oh damn. thanks for posting. i watched this final episode when it originally aired. miss this show so much and it's ilk will be missed.
The show was literally ahead of its time. I think this show would work now more than ever.
When Patrice said he was having a moment... 😢 it's truly bittersweet to watch these old Tough Crowd episodes and O & A shows, especially with O'Neal and Giraldo being gone...
I can't believe this show has been off for ten years!!!...Patrice is gone!!!...Greg is gone!!!...this was a funny, brutally honest show...and really isn't that what we need more of in our lives...COMEDY and TRUTH?!!!...GO GET'EM BOYS!!!
Having everyone file out as Colin just blabbers into the void is genius
America would've been a different country if this show was still on!
I was too young to appreciate this show at the time. Good times.
It was pretty crazy how prophetic Nick dips predictions were about Patrice O'Neal, good comedy is always rooted in truth, and near tragedy
Bring this show back if you know what's good for you. This is one of Comedy Centrals greatest shows.
Sad that the 2 best comics on this show are gone forever...RIP
Its sad to watch this now knowing the funniest ones aren't with us anymore. Yet I can't stop watching because this is how I want to remember them!
Sad how when the world ends only a few people will have remembered that Colin Quinn gave us one of the most comedically brilliant shows of all time.
Thank god for O&A to basically extend this medium for a few more years
Crazy to see them talking about untimely death and it actually happened to two of the best. So sad. Wish these guys were still around.
Oh man I really miss these kinds of shows. Raw, honest and hilarious.
Greg Giraldo would talk about a lot of self doubt and social anxiety, his reaction at 09:25 was very uncomfortable and you could tell he was nervous about getting up and hosting for a minute.
luke c I think he just took it as a moment to show respect to Colin. Kind of like, “this is your last moments to shine on your show, you belong up there for every minute of it”. That’s how I took it.
I need this show back damnit.
Patrice at 17:35 made me tear up a bit. He was honest and brilliant like I’ve never heard before.
This was my favorite show back then. It was during the years when stand-up was recovering from the late 80s and early 90s, when an army of hacks were churning out routines from a factory. Stand-up is so fucking strong right now.
I love tough crowd.. had me laughing till the end.. may Patrice and Greg fly free..
All these guys are legends, if for no other reason, but of course many, this show.
LETS START A PETITION TO BRING IT BACK!!!
I agree 100% that is why we need to bring it back.. Our entire culture is so phony that the world really needs some straight shooters rite now, you hear it on O&a but they need a large audience..
Wouldn't be the same without Patrice...
Jae Warner Though Patrice was a vital player for Colin's team, he wasn't THE driving force for the show's premise. It would definitely still kick mountains of ass without him. But I get you on his one-of-a-kind contributions being sorely missed.
Wouldn't be the same without patrice and Greg.......
Definitely but unfortunately there are too many stupid people out there that would shrug the notion of this on hbo.. Would be amazing tho
This is probably the most honest ending to a show I’ve ever seen. Most watch a show like “Friends” and believe the actors are really that close, in this situation they really were. Collin assembled a group of the most honest and funniest comedians he knew. You can tell that Patrice gets emotional because he is the only one that truly knows this will never happen again.
“A true genius is never appreciated while they’re alive”
RIP Patrice O’Neal
This is the greatest show I never heard of.
Couch on the left is the death couch
+Jordan Brown The two funniest ones too IMO
+Jordan Brown - Hope it was eventually burned.
Jordan Brown Damn I was thinking that before I saw this comment
This world needs more Patrice...you left us way to soon big man...i know you got the Saints howling in laughter...
"a true genius is never appreciated until they die"
greg & patrice sprung to mind
was listening to Colin, on jim and sam and had to come watch an episode of tough crowd. God damn this truly was pure magic.
How the FUCK did "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" replace this? This was awesome. BCCT sucked balls.
cflores1889 ouch..damn...man! that REALLY is painful to hear!
Stung right in my ego.
SparksFly not making this about race but bcct is all white male while this show has black, latino and women. plus people just love mindless, unfunny humor that doesn't require a brain to understand
Greatest show ever !
