Also making all your own food and drinks on race day, driving yourself, it all adds up to energy that could be used in the race. Huge respect, hope the endurance block is going well!
What you should never here an elite professional sportswoman say ‘ I’ll be working in the pub ..’ Always blown away by the passion and grit of women cyclists who have to do so much to be up there - congrats on your degree as well.
