I disagree with bit on real estate i think the persentage of people selling their one house is very very low. In tamilnadu there are so many people have multiple properties and enjoy rent for years without paying any tax so (if only 8cr people do returns do we think all properties in india is owned by this 8c people?) many cheat government and dont pay tax so CPG tax is fair from that point. We cannot do CPG exception for first property coz in india people will cheat by putting one one property in every house hold names and will claim everyone has only one property. If people esacpe paying tax government has to find ways to block you.

I disagree with bit on real estate i think the persentage of people selling their one house is very very low. In tamilnadu there are so many people have multiple properties and enjoy rent for years without paying any tax so (if only 8cr people do returns do we think all properties in india is owned by this 8c people?) many cheat government and dont pay tax so CPG tax is fair from that point. We cannot do CPG exception for first property coz in india people will cheat by putting one one property in every house hold names and will claim everyone has only one property. If people esacpe paying tax government has to find ways to block you.
