Thank you for the information. I got a key lime tree today. It's full of flowers. I got another one a few years ago and planted it on the ground. I live in California. I had fruit all the time but I sold the house and now I got another key lime tree for the new house. Thank you again and God bless you.

Very nice mexican lime. We used to have one planted in our old house and it always gave so much. I miss that tree. Just bought a new one. Going to keep it in container. Hopefully, it does well like yours.

I've always wondered....how do you even prune a tree to get a trunk like that?

My family got away from Mexican key lime tree, I'm not sure why maybe it had to do with it being finicky like you said, but I remember they were always a lime that could would work with lots of culinary dishes, and they were always producing bountiful fruit in southern California. With your guidance, perhaps I will nurture one. Thank you for all your suggestions.

Hi, I do not live in your area and cannot tell you anything about temps. Please refer to the farmers almanac or your local nursery

information regarding containers is always in description. Furtherly this particular size is not being made by the comapny anymore. They do however still make all the other sizes up to 25 gallon. You may be able to find a few 40 gallon laying around though, but you would only find them at your local hydroponic shops. Check there and you never know, you may get lucky
