The problem with the last defendant is that he has health issues. It's incumbent upon the state to take care of his health issues and make sure that he is treated for illnesses that he has. In my area about eight years ago a guy mentally unbalanced took a dive off of the second floor mezzanine in the jail and landed on his head. He was sent to a trauma unit in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and the final bill when he was returned to jail a few months later was in excess of $400,000. In every incident the taxpayer is also the victim.

The problem with the last defendant is that he has health issues. It's incumbent upon the state to take care of his health issues and make sure that he is treated for illnesses that he has. In my area about eight years ago a guy mentally unbalanced took a dive off of the second floor mezzanine in the jail and landed on his head. He was sent to a trauma unit in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and the final bill when he was returned to jail a few months later was in excess of $400,000. In every incident the taxpayer is also the victim.
