Walk 300 yards toward the Tower bridge. Drive toward Capitol Mall and head toward Broadway. Drive along the freeway around 15th. Take a drive coming in or out of downtown by American River Parkway. There is no logic in spending public funds to develop an area many people in the city can't even afford to enjoy when the city is clearly not appropriately funding and engaging with so many other issues.

I hope businesses take a look at how the city is treating these other businesses before bringing their livelihoods to Sacramento.
