Each machine needs to be calibrated individually. But you only need to calibrate it once. Unless you physically move the machine, you never need to calibrate it again.
If you are in the Hollywood Florida area. I am selling my Blue Laser Machine for $2000 only used it 3 times. I got into a different business and no longer in need of it. If interested reply to this message, it comes with the fine extractor as well.
Hello, we have been using the blue laser machine from Forward for 3 years. I would like to ask you for help. We currently have a problem with the laser head. Does not cut white back glass. Works well with all other colors. Have you experienced this problem? Do you know where I can buy a head for this laser? From what I saw, the power of the laser head is 25W. Unfortunately, I can't find such a head anywhere. If you know anything about this I would be very grateful for your help.
Very helpful explanation, can you attach that piece of paper Bryan shared with you, it will be great to have stick on the side of the machine as a reference
I don't know where it is at this point, but Brian is that one person that is USA based that is very helpful with this machine, and knows them very well.
Once you’ve calibrated the machine, you don’t ever have to do it again? Is the calibration based on a per model or one calibration is good for all models?
You never have to do it again. One and done! You would only calibrate it again if you replaced the laser head, the belts or other part, or if you physically moved the machine.
You need to do it just like the video. It is very detailed. You can also join the Forward Facebook group. The info is in the video description. There you may get additional help from actual machine owners.
@@fbnmndz All depends on your area and the competition around your area so look at those and take it from there. I also posted a detailed video with links showing the different tools that you must have if you have this machine you can see it here..... th-cam.com/video/8I0lZInur5o/w-d-xo.html
Had the same preset calibration you had adjusted to 106.150 48.900 as you. Right on the money.
Awesome. That's great.
@@CapeCoralCellPhoneRepair Will it be the same calibration for all machines?

Sir all this is the last one I set?
Don't understand the question.
I mean is last settings I used for all iPhone
last settings Adjustment
You should only calibrate once. But you should adjust the focal length, height adjustment EVERY TIME, as phones have different body thickness.
See my comments on this.
Good job bro
Thanks Sadiq
Can I just copy your calibrations?
Every machine is different.
good job buddy
Thanks!
