The vanity I purchased is no longer available but I did find some options on Wayfair that may be comparable. Only real difference is that they come with an adjustable ring light instead of bulbs - TBH I may prefer this. Also, just like these options, my vanity did come with a stool but was super cheap. My seat is an upholstered ottoman (couldn't find it online but nothing special).

Cook noodles separately VERY al dente and store separately. Combine with soup when serving. The noodles will cook/soften more in the hot soup.

Sometimes I feel like depression sort of reboots your brain. After whatever amount of time with depression doing all the little things like cooking, walking, driving, showering, sleeping, running errands, going out to eat, etc that people take for granted feels bigger. People don't seem to get why doing that can feel like such an accomplishment but it is. Don't ever feel bad about that.

I cried when you started talking about cooking again. I lost my beautiful doggy a couple of months ago and couldn’t bring myself to cook from scratch. I finally did a couple nights ago and it made me realize I’m starting to take baby steps towards picking myself back up. It feels good to enjoy something again and remember that it’s possible to feel something other than grief eventually . Sending lots of love and light your way ❤️

It’s perfectly fine to get emotional ❤ I swear I cried every day for months after my mom died. I saw this grief advice on a TED Talk that grief is like a ball. In the couple of months after it’s fucking huge in this small square you have it in, but as time goes on it shrinks to something you can hold and carry with you. Your grief and love will always be with you and eventually it will be something you can carry. ❤ Your organizing was good! I fucking looooove your vanity!

the fact that you listen to let's read.... it feels like we're connected by a cord... a cord of relaxing horror stories. Your audio was amazing. I totally get the emotional and proud of yourself feeling when you are recovering from depression. Recently I started to do yoga and cooking for myself as well and damn... one night when i made something especially delicious i started crying. it feels nice to be able to do the things you could do before. even if its little by little.

It's really great to see you post, and the adhd tangent is definitely so relatable. Wishing you well foreal, and I agree with brain chemistry changing, I found myself to just be more self aware and cognizant of my moods so now I can feel myself slipping and generally enjoying a different kind of lifestyle than what I was doing a couple of years ago. It's natural and okay I think.

Maybe for the area where you have your bags and josie's leashes, you can use a large coat cabinet with drawers. Sometimes having things enclosed or not showing can make the area clean/more put together :)
