I was going to leave a comment about the first FPV quad I got to learn how to fly FPV, but going by how judgemental and degrading some of the comments are in this video when you mention something that the “experts” don’t like, I think I won’t mention it. Good job on the review guys and thanks for all you do. :)
I just recently got the plus and I absolutely love it! Its my first FPV quad, I was flying around the house not hitting anything in a matter of minutes. Its awesome!
I have an army of micro quads. 3 gremlins (stock, carbon, my design) 1 full on custom with all the best stuff on a carbon frame. Inductrix, Inductrix fpv, and inductrix fpv pro. In the house i use the fpv pro, but everywhere else i love my gremlins. They rock
I built my first mini out of an Eachine EO10, for around $17 AU i just added the race motors $25 and the cam $22 and the things a demon indoors, in Australia the tiny whoop is around $300 to purchase so the EO10 was perfect for what i need to learn with.
I just got a inductrix fpv pro. I love flying it nearly as much as I love watching you guys. can you please do an episode on it. keep up the amazing work.
This thing has some cool features! I'm running a custom built BetaFPV Beta75 which is a 75mm micro using brushed 17500kv 7x20mm motors and a f3 flight controller. It was a great stepping stone in to fpv and now I just finished my 210mm build just the other day! Love the vids guys cant wait to meet you all at flight fest next year!!
I am flying the king kong tiny 7. Its has all the same features but has also true acro. This helped me alot in learning to fly my 220 space one. I think for new flyers its better to get something that has horizon and acro. As when you go bigger and never flown acro it can be difficult.
my first drone i built was a 88 mm micro with 1104 7500kv motors because i thought it was going to be easy to build and fly, and i was wrong but one year later its still my favorite, beating my two 5 inch quads i have
RealFlight 8 simulator has a good Tempest Racing drone which can be set to Acro mode. I wonder what you guys think? RF8 also an an interesting VR mode. The VR mode works well with the Oculus Rift but you do quickly lose resolution when standing and observing the plane moving off to the distance. It's nice to be able to look around in VR mode while flying as you would naturally. The VR FPV mode on the other hand can become stomach churning.
Sorry to hear that.... There are some way better ones nowdays. And cheaper and even smaller if you want with way better performance than this inductrix plus
I just started into the sport and trying to learn everything I can. Just wanted to thank you all for putting out great videos.. I can tell you really love flying. The interaction between all of you and your guests is so awesome... what flight simulators do you suggest for a newbie?? Once again a big thanks and keep putting out the great videos..
Thanks Alex and DJ! You answered a LOT of questions I had in this VLOG! I know just enough to be dangerous and cost myself a LOT of money! Thanks guys!
I dont mean to be so off topic but does anyone know a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid lost the password. I would love any tricks you can give me.
@Lee Archer I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Probably not. you could build 2 of them for $30, I'd bet. That's why I'll never buy an arf or bnf. 90% of the cost is shipping, marketing, profit, etc. It's amazing what you can do with a $40 tx, some cheap servos, and some foamboard. That's what I use!
You're not paying only for the marketing, I can guarantee you that no matter how long you work to build a foamboard model it will never fly like a BNF of the same design. Your paying for the design, engineering, and ease of use. I love foamboard but my Scout is a world of difference in terms of experience from my E-flite Cirrus. My Tiny Whoop has awesome components (Same as the ones in Stephen's) and it costs twice the price of the Inductrix+. All things considered, $140 is a lot for a BNF micro but you're not going to get the same quality for less money.
Hey guy how are ya? we're actually using our micro quads for all kinds of kool work related things. When we get a chance we love to race them as well, these things are amazing and highly durable!
Try the dys elf , which is a similar small product that also flies very well ..it doesnt have the extra clever modes , just the usual standard 3, its brushless and priced RTF with a TX only at about the same price as the brushed BNF inductrix... my most used is a home built gremlin.. this uses the brushless gremlin mechanics on a tarot 120 size frame, a superb flyer..
I'm thinking about buying the fpv+ having got the original blade inductrix fpv moniter I'm thinking about getting the dxe transmitter and then getting the bnf drone
DyoGTS haha will say that these things are fun with turtle mode, def just a different flyer to the whoops and the gremlins a bit and some fun added things for teaching people how to learn to fly
At that price, I was hoping it would be brushless. I have a couple worn out Furibee F36 quads. I guess you get what you pay for. The brushed motors don't last long and now they won't bind to the transmitter. They were fun to zip around the house with a cheap FPV camera glued on top. Is there a good tiny whoop size quad with durable brushless motors? I have been looking at the Babymax. Is that thing durable? Is it really a good indoor quad?
I have the Blade Inductrix but had issues with the frame. Bought a new frame to replace and since putting it back together won't fly properly. Very frustrating. Thinking of buying this or maybe the Torrent.
It's a decent Angle Mode quad, and it's fast, but the yaw is a bit too slow compared to the OG Inductrix FC's. I personally think a 716 7mm build based off of the Eachine E011 (but replace the FC with an Inductrix FPV FC) is a great place to start. But,if you get one, get the Tiny Whoop camera mount for it and a Tiny Whoop canopy and shave off 1.5g. My personal fav is the BetaFPV 65s lighter frame, Inductrix FPV FC, E011 Motors, FX900TW AIO cam and a sweet Ghost Pearl Razor Skin canopy from Tiny Whoop...SAME size as a Tiny Whoop, but WAAAY more power. Throw a Betaflight FC in there and it acro's pretty good too. Oh, and please stop recommending the DXe and start doing the 6e instead. Once you buy the cable, the price difference is tiny and the 6e is a MUCH better radio. As always, love your content and love it when you cover quad stuff. :)
hello everyone, i am intrested in getting the Inductrix FPV+...... i currently have the DXE. what gogles would u recomend for me, and is there anything els i need? Inductrix FPV+ goggles dxe batteries ???
Not so, the 25 mW output means it complies with part 15 regulations in the US. In the case of the Torrent 110 which is another quad mentioned an amateur radio license is REQUIRED because of the 150 mW video transmitter. In fact the Inductrix FPV Plus actually bears an FCC ID sticker.
I got a Baby Hawk to get into the whole fpv racer scene and I loved it for the first month or so, after that however, it became a maintenance nightmare. All of the connecting cables to the esc/rx/camera/vtx would all break and just about after every flight i would have to open it back up and resolder something. It was not a bad experience I gained lots from it and have moved on to a 4 inch racer and could not be more happy (unless anyone could make the sun shine longer in Ohio)
Great video looks like a quad I like to own sometime I'm just now getting into the sport so y'all keep sending videos or making videos should I say and I'll keep watching them and maybe one day when I get some money being handicapped I'm waiting on my disability to be approved hopefully won't be long and then I can maybe afford some of this stuff but I love your videos keep making them I enjoy watching them and really really enjoyed the ones we all make your own videos are your own airplane excuse me
Question for you. I just purchased the whole kit with controller and screen. When I find the screen channel the screen is really dark. I can't even see the menu settings to see how to get it brighter. Any idea of this is defective or how I would get it so the screen is brighter?
Oh, and did you guys think the agility mode was wonky? It's like it's got some sort of "FPV_Angle_Mix" turned on, but it's nothing like the one in Betaflight.
if i wanted a drone to use to inspect in crawl spaces and attics would this be a good one. if i flip over and land on something soft and not flat would i be able to get it back in the air after turtle mode?
What do you think is the absolute best tiny whoop (already built). I would like a lot of punch, or Just no power sags. At least 100 meter range too, and interchangeable motors (no soldering to replace, just connecting) sorry for being picky, but battery life is important too...i would hate two minute battery life. Please respond, keep up the great work, thanks
Nicholas Sheldon either is good. Thanks. Right now im looking at the Tiny 7, and maybe this one. The CX-95S looks good, along with other ones. Feel free to suggest, i appreciate it. Thanks!
Leo Martinez sry to pest, but in order to make any suggestions, i need to know if you have a hobby grade transmitter. If you're just looking to get into fpv, or know that you already enjoy it. Purchasing a hobby grade transmitter and quality goggles is a large investment.
I’ve flown UMX micro planes for years... wanting to get into indoor FPV... I picked up a Qx90c flying frog used. It is not good for learning indoor FPV...( in my opinion) what I’m wondering is what would be a better 1st FPV trainer if you will. The inductrix or inductrix plus... I already have goggle and several Spektrum DSM radios... and tons of 1s eflite batteries for umx micro... is the extras with the PLUS worth the money and larger size and new batteries???
I believe your description of Altitude Mode is incorrect. You state that "the throttle is docile around center but you can still do punch-outs if you go full throttle." Isn't Altitude Mode where the altitude (as opposed to the motor speed) is relative to the throttle position?
So does this come with a controller? or is that seperate? I'm looking at those to try FPV after i learn to fly in Line of sight ,but I don't know if i need a seperate controller for these. I've flown a few cheap mini quads ,but i still consider myself a beginner.
I ordered the KK Tiny 6 last week & was planning on getting the Blade Inductrix as well but it only works with the Spektrum transmitter & I have the Taranis QX7. Anyway to add an FrSky receiver instead?
FliteTest you’re right I apologize. Let me change it to I “freaking “ love you guys. Thank you for what you are doing for the hobby and I would love to meet you guys and burn some packs sometime
Hey guys I wanted to know if this is compatible with Dxe transmitter? if so what programming do I need? How about changing modes? Pls make a video of it thank you
I'm a fpv beginner. I have a dx5e but no fpv goggles. Im looking for an indoor fpv quad, i found the redpawz r011 as a good all in one package but i dont know which is better the r011, the inductrix fpv or the inductrix fpv +. I would appreciate any suggestions or help.
I would like to know more about what happened to the giant plane project that was in the background of the Tiny Whoop episode...??? Seems like Peter and Josh were sitting in it for one of the Q&As.
I only have a qx7 transmitter. If I wanted to use this with my transmitter to bind and fly i would need a module like the OrangeRX DSMX/DSM2 correct? I tried looking for a horizon module but couldn't find much.
Do you know what is the solution for a inductrix plus osciation while flying in acro. Left front motor dont turn at idle and when i fly the drone shake a lot.
So why do whoops have "color coding" for direction of each motor? They are just regular DC motors right? Are they special in some way that makes it so they spin better in one way or something?
So they are different from most brushed motors? Weird. A typical brushed motor is symmetric, and direction doesn't matter (you might actually get less brush wear if you switch directions occasional y). So I guess these have a probably a spring loaded flap instead of center facing carbon brushes to make it more compact (I don't know how these small motors are made, I'm just guessing based on how I would design them knowing direction does matter).
I absolutely love this quad, but the self level mode doesn't work as well as some $20 toys. I wish there were a way to replace that mode with Horizon mode.
Hey guys, I ordered a Gremlin from you guys last week. People think I have sped up the video. I would really appreciate if you could have a look at my video. I fly my aliens and chameleon super fast too. So, perhaps that's why I can get speed out from this little thing. Also, it's burnt up already in 5 days. I put 3s 45c pack yesterday and after one pack it was done. Once again I would really appreciate if you could have a look because there's a troll on your Flitetest forum saying maybe it's bad for Gremlin's publicity whereas the little community I have on my channel absolutely loved it!
I was going to leave a comment about the first FPV quad I got to learn how to fly FPV, but going by how judgemental and degrading some of the comments are in this video when you mention something that the “experts” don’t like, I think I won’t mention it.
Good job on the review guys and thanks for all you do. :)
Come on you can help others by sharing what you used...just forget the 'experts'
I just recently got the plus and I absolutely love it! Its my first FPV quad, I was flying around the house not hitting anything in a matter of minutes. Its awesome!
Best reviews ANYWHERE! I don't currently fly micro quads but this new unit might just be the one to motivate into that world! Thanks guys!!!
I have the Inductrix FPV Pro, love it! I flew 'under the hood' for the first time a few weeks ago. Entirely awesome.
Thanks for the review. Just bought a FPV plus RTF. As a beginner this is right where I need to be.
Looks like a lot of fun. Was happy that you covered the transmitters as well! Thanks.
They rock
That's awesome! Thanks for the love on the Gremlins. It's great to see someone that loves them as much as we do. -TJ

yes!!! The new flite test video is here!
Out of the box option, a good start for beginners. Thanks.

I'm currently flying a Inductrix pro BNF. Its been a great first time quad for sure before i start flying my 250.
👍 The small quads are so much fun to fly.
I am flying the king kong tiny 7. Its has all the same features but has also true acro. This helped me alot in learning to fly my 220 space one. I think for new flyers its better to get something that has horizon and acro. As when you go bigger and never flown acro it can be difficult.
I have a Nano QX (non FPV version). Probably should hook up one of these micro cams to make it even more fun to fly :)
Got mine, love it! A nice upgrade from the Inductrix FPV. More power and longer flight times. :)
This looks comparable to my Kingkong Tiny 7 and with all the bad weather we been having it is becoming my favorite indoor flyer
Ted Espin this little guy is def an awesome indoor flyer, got def enough power as well! Ha
love you guys , keep it in the sky
I recently ordered a ARRIS Poke micro quad and it's coming tomorrow. It seem pretty good.
my first drone i built was a 88 mm micro with 1104 7500kv motors because i thought it was going to be easy to build and fly, and i was wrong but one year later its still my favorite, beating my two 5 inch quads i have

@Isaiah Marvin Instablaster :)
@Lee Archer I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out atm.
Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
@Lee Archer it worked and I now got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thanks so much you saved my ass !
@Isaiah Marvin You are welcome :D
Don't have one yet but going to get one with my dad's tsp
You should review the Eachine Lizard95. Its a 95mm quad with 1104 brushless motors! Plus it can run 4s
They call it bad quality and they say that Banggood is bad for the community..so i'm sure they are not making a vid on it.
Why is banggood bad for the community?
Because you won't help the rc sites with it or something... i started with rc stuff from banggood because i didn't wan't to pay 30$ on a motor.
Ronnie F-S what 4s do you use?
Noped out when i saw the price. forget that. Not paying that much. I'd rather build it myself for way cheaper.
Agree!Have they seen what you get for that price today?
Probably not. you could build 2 of them for $30, I'd bet. That's why I'll never buy an arf or bnf. 90% of the cost is shipping, marketing, profit, etc. It's amazing what you can do with a $40 tx, some cheap servos, and some foamboard. That's what I use!

Great review, maybe there is a purpose to the green mode, I'm currently flying Inductrix FPV , inductrix FPV+, Babyhawk and vortex 150,
Charles Boekhorst its a beginner mode to allow for people to learn how to fly ;) it’s a great tool for sure!
I love the turtle mode on a micro, and the added power, but I don't use Specktrum so I likely won't pick one up (maybe)
DyoGTS haha will say that these things are fun with turtle mode, def just a different flyer to the whoops and the gremlins a bit and some fun added things for teaching people how to learn to fly

Outstanding video guys
Pretty amazing that these started off BNF at $119 and now they are $59. For a full FPV setup this is actually getting to be reasonable.
Alex did you get a little too much sun here in Florida? 🌞
All about the Tiny Whoop!!, Although I prefer my own DIY brushed Quads!
On my Christmas list!😁
I have the Blade Inductrix but had issues with the frame. Bought a new frame to replace and since putting it back together won't fly properly. Very frustrating. Thinking of buying this or maybe the Torrent.

hello everyone, i am intrested in getting the Inductrix FPV+...... i currently have the DXE. what gogles would u recomend for me, and is there anything els i need?
Inductrix FPV+
goggles
dxe
batteries
???
Great videos keep it up
Great job on the review would love for you guys to do a video on the new Bee Brain V2 someday?
You guys should review the newbee drone tiny whoop fc and gold motors it will blow your mind
Did I see a foam board ultralight in the background?! Cough cough peter sripol
BoostedJDM I was wondering the same!!..
Yeeeees. Can't wait to see what happens with that!
When? all I see is the balsa and ply fuselage they show at the table. I skipped through the video though.
Maybe they are making an ultralight but I bet they're just making a big ass rc version of peters design... that would be neat.
I'm thinking a 3D printer is going to be the pilot for that thing...
love you guys so much always make great videos and help me out with planes and drones can u do a review on the fms fox 800mm
Do the batteries charge from the same connector as the original?
Guys, keep this in mind to fly the Inductrix FPV+ (BNF):A HAM license is required to operate the Video Transmitter in the U.S.
I am only pointing out what the Flite test website has posted. They would need to answer this.
I have seen you need the ham license only for outdoor use inside you don’t
Not so, the 25 mW output means it complies with part 15 regulations in the US. In the case of the Torrent 110 which is another quad mentioned an amateur radio license is REQUIRED because of the 150 mW video transmitter. In fact the Inductrix FPV Plus actually bears an FCC ID sticker.
@FliteTest Is that a full scale fin & rudder by the window in the background?
I got a Baby Hawk to get into the whole fpv racer scene and I loved it for the first month or so, after that however, it became a maintenance nightmare. Nic Motter What were you doing to it? Mine is perfect after dozens and dozens of flights.
GBLynden's RC I'm not 100% sure. The only thing I could think is using incorrect solder for the joints but I'm not an expert
Great video looks like a quad I like to own sometime I'm just now getting into the sport so y'all keep sending videos or making videos should I say and I'll keep watching them and maybe one day when I get some money being handicapped I'm waiting on my disability to be approved hopefully won't be long and then I can maybe afford some of this stuff but I love your videos keep making them I enjoy watching them and really really enjoyed the ones we all make your own videos are your own airplane excuse me
Can you make a video of the Blade Inductrix Pro?
Do you think the blade inductrix + would work with the screen from the yellow inductrix rtf kit
I fly the cherokees 95 fpv quad. you guys should try one out.
I have the inductrix plus and working with it how fast you think they can go?
Thanks guys, just got one trying to transition from DJI 😎
Question for you. I just purchased the whole kit with controller and screen. When I find the screen channel the screen is really dark. I can't even see the menu settings to see how to get it brighter. Any idea of this is defective or how I would get it so the screen is brighter?

You guys rock!
What do you think is the absolute best tiny whoop (already built). I would like a lot of punch, or Just no power sags. A custom built one.
milkbox i dont love building quads. I rather not, to be honest. Thanks tho.
Are you looking for a bind n fly? Or do you want everything in one package?
Nicholas Sheldon either is good. Thanks. Right now im looking at the Tiny 7, and maybe this one. The CX-95S looks good, along with other ones. Feel free to suggest, i appreciate it. Thanks!
Leo Martinez sry to pest, but in order to make any suggestions, i need to know if you have a hobby grade transmitter. If you're just looking to get into fpv, or know that you already enjoy it. Purchasing a hobby grade transmitter and quality goggles is a large investment.
JJRC H36! Is it any good?

Can you guys do a review on the fatshark v5s?
Nice informative video 👍
I just bought this and mine keeps going up when I put the throttle down keeps going up any advice?
is there a BNF FrSky option? or a PNF, for a FrSky FD800? I have a turnigy 9x with a FrSky module, and ER9X.
@Flitetest... Idea! Airsoft rc plane battle. Brothers make it happen! Use plexiglass for your own protection... That would get a million views.
I just fucking love you guys. Yalls content is the best out there
Being a family friendly channel - I love the comment. But I'm torn because we have so many kids that watch/read. WHAT DO I DO??? :P . -TJ
FliteTest you’re right I apologize. Let me change it to I “freaking “ love you guys. Thank you for what you are doing for the hobby and I would love to meet you guys and burn some packs sometime

can you bind it to taranious controllers?
Can you Review the eachine e010 ?
Does it come with controller
I only have a qx7 transmitter. If I wanted to use this with my transmitter to bind and fly i would need a module like the OrangeRX DSMX/DSM2 correct? I tried looking for a horizon module but couldn't find much.
What’s that full sized fuselage you guys had in there? Are you guys doing a Peter Sripol too??
That was the precursor to Peter's airplane. That clip is from quite a while ago! Back when Peter was still with us and I didn't have a beard. -TJ :P
You guys should do a bruhless 1s whoop build like you did with the gremlin
check out the Battle Axe from FlyByAcademy
How fast does it go ?
How do you change modes?
Do you know what is the solution for a inductrix plus osciation while flying in acro. Left front motor dont turn at idle and when i fly the drone shake a lot.
Is that a foam real plane and when is the flying car episode coming out
Can one switch flight modes in flight?
Can you use all Fatshark goggles?
I’m new to quads and micros, but a relative has a spectrum dx5e, would it be possible to use that with the inductrix
So I guess these have a probably a spring loaded flap instead of center facing carbon brushes to make it more compact (I don't know how these small motors are made, I'm just guessing based on how I would design them knowing direction does matter).
i just bought one of these, day 2 it doesnt go into bind mode
I remember when horizon said that it was a quad with jets. Lol
Hey would this work with a JR XG 11 DMSS transmitter??
I absolutely love this quad, but the self level mode doesn't work as well as some $20 toys. I wish there were a way to replace that mode with Horizon mode.
Is there a BNF quad similar to this that works with FrSky? I'm new to this but have a Taranis Q X7, which serves me well with sims so far.
I'm buying one for christmas
Hey guys, I ordered a Gremlin from you guys last week. People think I have sped up the video. I would really appreciate if you could have a look at my video. I fly my aliens and chameleon super fast too. So, perhaps that's why I can get speed out from this little thing. Also, it's burnt up already in 5 days. I put 3s 45c pack yesterday and after one pack it was done. Once again I would really appreciate if you could have a look because there's a troll on your Flitetest forum saying maybe it's bad for Gremlin's publicity whereas the little community I have on my channel absolutely loved it!
