"Current Transfers": How exactly does that work when usually rich people hide money in offshore accounts in a different country? Money left the nation and went to another nation, plus one day, that money might come back to the original nation or even go to a third nation. Plus any interest or dividends paid on that money in the respective nation.
Of which for me, raises yet another question too: Where does the money come from to pay any interest to these offshore hidden accounts? Surely there must be massive amounts of interest paid to those accounts with the massive amounts of money in savings. And if the USA individuals aren't telling the IRS about these accounts and any interest earned, why aren't they being prosecuted? And if these nations harboring these hidden accounts are aiding and abetting crime, how come economic sanctions aren't put upon those nations until they change their ways?
