Nice video, Sir, and very good advices, The only thing we would disagree is the FPS . We shoot at 60 frames. It just gives the options to slow down things if needed. There is so much fast hunting action under water, we sometimes just see it in the video. So it is nice to make it better visible with slowing down. Even it is not good enough to publish, it is great for our own memories.

      Hi' you're right
personally I prefer 24 for the blur motion and the file size but to do slow mo i magree with you 60 fps is the best

Great information. when it comes to the protune setting(Re: GoPro7 black)...would you turn on or off? and would you adjust any of the settings discussed in this video? Thanks.

      Hi,
for the protune yes you want it on and flat profile
That will allow better color correction in post
      good bubbles

@@UnderwaterPhotoBali do you still keep it in FLAT even if you use the red filter?

How do I get my 7 to stop freezing up after 30 minutes? I've got the right sd card in it, updated settings.

Hi, I personally rarely shoot for more than 1 minute straight, then the gopro goes to standby .
maybe you're filming for too long and the camera overheat . being in a small housing the camera cannot cool properly .
Try filming sequences and I think it should be better .
      good luck .

We had the same issue, sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes after 20 or 30 (not constant shooting, just freezing pressing a button). After upgrading the software and using only original batteries, the GoPro didnt freeze anymore.
Maybe that helps one or another reader.
