    Hi, I just want to say thank you for all your wonderful tutorials. I have learned how to knit thanks to you. You are really easy to understand and you are really fun to watch as well. I look forward to all your new tutorials. Thank you. Sending you love from over the pond in the UK. (btw it was your crochet for knitters tutorials that I watched first. I have been crocheting for years but even in that series you managed to teach me new crochet skills.) xx

    You are the BEST! Thank you!!!!! I am trying to learn - just practicing, no pattern - to do all the stitches on the knit side, then repeat the pattern backwards on the purl side. I needed a 1-3 purlside increase. You always have the answer!

    WOW! I didn't know you could do anything like that. I attempted to do a pfb, a couple of nights ago, but I did mine different. That's a pain, the way you did it. THANKS!!! Will have to try that.

    Thank you for making that look like such a breeze ! I have tried it before and the stitches were so tight, I could not go on.

    Thank you! I had purchased the Tuli Cowl pattern, & needed help from the first with a k1 yo k1 yo k1 into next stitch!

    I'm a big fan of your videos, so I don't really want to make trouble. The increase the second increase is useful for lots of things, but it isnt quite the same as the fox paws increase. If you use this in the pattern it comes out as a clumpy mess (I know because I tried this before figuring out how to make the tall increases). You may want to clarify so I people don't get confused.

    You may have this video somewhere and I just haven't found it - if so, my apologies in advance! I'm working a lacy beaded shawl pattern that calls for KYOKs and KYOKs that knit into a stitch on the *previous* RS row. I can not seem to find any TH-cam vids on this. Here are is the stitch description (from BooKnits shawl "Timeless"): "knit, yarn over, knit into the beaded stitch on the previous right side row by inserting your right hand needle through the front of your shawl to the back and working the stitch before dropping the original stitch from your left hand needle, making three stitches from one" ... Any help you may have is MUCH appreciated! (Yes, I've also posted a comment in the Ravelry pattern section.)

    How can I keep the loop on the left needle lose enough to make 6 stitches from 1 stitch? Is there another way to get a center point in a cardigan knitting bottom up?

    I'd say that was very interesting. Something to really think about. Because there are patterns out there that have something like what you just showed us. I had a pattern once that I couldn't make head or tails of it .. I showed a friend and she said I was right to be confused. She couldn't make heads or tails of it either (scratching head) Making multiple increases I think I can do. Patterns that aren't correct I can't do. :-(

    My pattern tells me to lift running thread between st just worked twist and place on left needle, k1 in back,in next st, knit in front, back, front of st, lift running thread St as before k1 in back (5 sts from 1)

    Hi,
    How is your yarn so stretchy? I’ve tried every yarn I have with Fox paws and after about 2 KYOK it gets so tight it’s unworkable. Help? Thanks!

    how do I un-knit the kfb stitch? I can not remember what my last stitch was. I can un-knit the regular knit stitch but how do I un-knit the kfb ones?

    • @verypinkknits
      @verypinkknits  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just let the left stitch of the kfb fall off the needle, then tink the right stitch like any other knit stitch.

    Hi Stacey, whenever I kfb or m1 I get a hole in my work as if I did a yarn over how can I correct this?

    • @verypinkknits
      @verypinkknits  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It is likely that you aren't getting the correct twist on your Make 1 stitches, this video will help:
