Last clip, where the priest used shadowword horror on that 2-mana trogg feels like a bug, because card like Pain works similiar, except its not AoE, but single-target.
Yusukeseru don't think so, sw pain checks the attack, trogg triggers and then it gets killed. In the case of sw horror the trogg triggers first and then the spell checks for targets
Swp checks for target validity before the spell is cast and doesnt care what it hits afterwards just like shadow word death can hit a spellbender where as shadow word horror just gets casted increases the troggs attack and checks for valid targets afterwards
As said above, The Trogg will increase in atk value prior to the spells effect; meaning when the spell triggers, the trogg is no longer in range of it. While SW Pain targets a creature and, since it's targetable, doesn't care about value changes after being cast.

Yes, all these cards only care about wether their condition is fulfilled when played. Of course, cards which can be played without conditions do depend on wether that condition is still fullfilled
