@@random_tired_artist4021same, well i’ve had the art issue but the Ai pic I accidentally saved was a moth, or so I thought. freaky bc I love moths and truly thought it was the exact kind it was replicating until I pulled the pic up further, now i’ve got generated moths on my feed constantly 😞
same, especially because ai is actually getting semi difficult to spot in some cases, i hate having to look for little flaws in something i just want to use as a general reference just to make sure its not ai :/
it's insane how we are constantly being told "nobody wants to work anymore!!" when companies rather fire all of their artists and designers to replace them with ai, because even if it's ugly, they save money :/
But the thing is, if you use AI to do anything, everything feels soulless, hollow, fake. People will not buy shit that is fake and hollow. Not to mention these companies will probably lose God knows in potential profits including marketing expenses. I hope these companies, by the grace of God, lose a diabolically; absurdly extravagant amount of money to the point they are forced into hiring humans again.
*nobody wants to do hard labour jobs that destroy their body and mind anymore -coming from me a nightshift employeee who is destroying my mind and body at the same time yes. we dont. im mad that ai is leaving us all the hard work lol
I am a junior web designer, but I’m the kind of designer who’s ONLY using Visual Studio Code. I don’t have a job yet even though I’ve been applying to lots of jobs for the past year and a half. The problem? Those jobs require me to have 2+ years of experience for entry level, to be able to use those template websites to create websites for people and to know how to use AI. I’m not using templates nor AI, I only rely on coding, but no one wants that anymore. They would rather pay those monthly expensive subscriptions than hire an actual designer who can do everything from scratch for a lower cost.
I remember when people were scoffing at the idea of Ai art taking away jobs. If even these rich corporations won't spare the money for real art, then how can we expect a livable reality for our artists? Ai laws need to catch up already. The ramp-up has been intense and has already started showing the consequences
Art was never meant to make you rich. Look at some of the most famous artists in history - they were extremely poor (for example van Gogh). And those who weren't had rich families (for example Nussbaum). Writers also. Art creates emotions, not cash.
@@vilkiukemannwolf1602 That’s not even what they said? Artists need to be paid fairly, especially with how prevalent art is today. Also, “that’s just how it’s always been” is such a lazy and tired take. These companies make billions of dollars every year and can absolutely afford to pay artists fairly for their creativity and talent. We should not be giving creative jobs to AI and laws absolutely need to be created to protect artists and, frankly, our humanity. Those ads were the most soulless and terrifying things I have ever seen. Artists are a wonderful resource that we need to protect.
@vilkiukemannwolf1602 that's definitely not what I meant. Besides, artists deserve to be able to make a living like any other profession. Maybe it won't make you rich, but Ai is taking away more and more opportunities from artists who want to make art as their sole living.
Pretty sure most online articles are now written by AI, they're getting increasingly sloppy and nonsensical. But the real fun happens once you reach the point where AI begins feeding off other AI, because it triggers a downward spiral that is irreversible.
There's also the fact that there are lots of kids in the (at least the American) school system that literally can't read the "easy" option so what really is the point here
My mum is a photographer, and recently, one of the companies she used to work for stopped hiring her. She asked why, as she's good friends with the owner, and it turns out they only use AI now. Everything is AI-generated. Instead of hiring my mum to take photos, they now have a group of people generating images of how things look. The problem is, this company focuses on arts and crafts, so you can't just use AI to create something like a crochet pattern-it just doesn't work properly. After they told my mum they were using AI, they offered her a job generating kids' coloring pages. She had to accept because she needs the money, but it's much harder for her, especially since she already works two other jobs. She can't complete the work as quickly as they expect. We both agree it would probably be cheaper and faster for them to hire an actual artist to create the pages. Edit: I'm not going to name the company so please don't ask. My mum still relies on the company for money
@@poinkchandraw3373 Yeah it's been a really hard time she doesn't do to much photography now days because she just didn't get enough money so she has to work multiple jobs.
There's this girl I know from college who decided last year that she wanted to learn how to draw. I was so happy for her and decided to follow her on Instagram to watch her learning journey and cheer her on (I'm an artist myself). I kid you not, she drew like THREE pictures with a pencil on paper, then she discovered the Bing image generator AI. She immediately stopped trying to learn to draw by herself. And now she posts a bunch of AI images that she generates, trying to sell them for like U$80 a piece. Needless to say, she never sold anything. Her pieces are extremely generic and uninspired. And she will never know the joy of actually learning how to draw. Heartbreaking on several levels to me 💔
@@Demonetization_Symbol then that's just not one of your interests because if it was something you truly were passionate about it wouldn't be frustrating. I've been drawing since I was old enough to hold a crayon.

I'm scared for the younger kids, being morphed into horrible, rude, attention spanless people who cannot think for themselves, kids my age becoming similar, I get sexually harassed only once a week if I'm lucky, usually once a day. Nothing is done. Adults, my mom and dad are split up and both struggling in different ways. The economy is horrible and everyone I know has some type of horrible problem, almost all my friends are being abused, my girlfriend's mom has terminal cancer and probably won't live to next year, I'm watching my parents, friends, family, and everyone in between be so stressed. It's killing me.
You're so young to deal with this stuff alone. Please find someone you can talk to, I know it might not help the world improve, but it can help you to cope. Wishing you love and happiness.
I'm so sorry you feel like that.. I'm a artist as well and the AI epidemic is extremely annoying. I understand everything you mean, economy is in shambles, everything is bland and lacks creativity. I hope you can try to find a relieving future, I am quite young and I'm sorry.
I'm a voice actor. Some days I do better than others, but my life for the last couple of years has been an endless rollercoaster of pouring time into protecting myself from AI data theft, and fearing for my future, and I'm exhausted. Do not "accept" AI. Don't support companies who use it. Tell them you're boycotting them. Talk to your elected representatives. Seek out companies who don't use AI. It will make a difference.

As a traditional artist I hate what these adds represent. As a person with half a brain, what these adds tell me and are alluring to, in my opinion, is that the only people with any sort of money to spare and have in abundance and would be lead to feel inspired to spend by these adds are those working in tech. They love what they are able to do with the technology they have brought into this world. THEY do not care about people or the direction of humanity. I apologize if that came across as harsh or down playing how fantastic and brilliant our current technology is but if there are no humans left to enjoy it then for whom was this junk created for in the first place? Love your channel, Halo. Thank you for sifting through the bs for us!
I'm someone who works in Tech and I can agree. IMO, AI Art should be used as reference material or as a rough concept. You use the AI to generate a rough idea of what you want like Storyboards. Then you bring in actual living, breathing artists to make it look good and presentable instead of lifeless and artificial. So in this case with the Coke Commercial. The AI commerical should have been the rough draft that real artists and animators would use as reference.
As someone who's going to work in tech, I want it to develop into things that replace harmful and tedious jobs noone wants, art is only done by humans, this crap is straight up garbage
As someone who dose traditional and digital art I'm really scared that my art will get stolen for ai I don't want ai to draw for me I wanna do it myself
dont worry. i do art and while the corporate side of things is not as reliable. individual commisions are pretty much unchanged. skilled artists have not much to worry about because getting custom art is a special experience. sure you can get an image for cheap. but its not a X artist original .
I saw someone say on another video “the companies don’t want us to like ai, they just want us to get used to it”. It’s sad but true. They don’t want to make iconic and memorable ads, they want to make cheap ads.

10:03 The guy in the bottom left is absolutely correct. People don't seem to understand that tolerating boredom is a skill- sometimes you just have to sit down and read the text whether you like it or not. "It's too hard, I don't have the time" it will NEVER be easier unless you push through it. This is genuinely why I think kids shouldn't have phones or tablets until they're in their later teens, with strictly limited internet access in the meantime. It's producing a lot of people whose ability to survive .02 seconds without stimulation is non-existent, and once they're adults they insist that the world just needs to stop being so "difficult" rather than accepting that they're the ones who have fallen behind.
I have to agree here in a sense Even as someone who is autistic and has ADHD, I still want to put effort into my life, I still want to study, work, read, create art, just live life instead of relying on technology to do it for me in the cheapest, laziest way possible Yes, it's hard to focus. Yes, I need stimulation. Yes, life is hard. But it won't get any easier, so I just have to deal with it and find ways that work for me, ways in which I can make my life easier while still living and being a human, while still experiencing human things. That's called adapting. Using AI is NOT adapting, it's pushing your responsibility onto something else to do it for you. It's not helpful, it's harmful I may be disabled, I may struggle to pay attention to things, I may struggle to work, I may struggle to study, I may struggle to read huge texts, I may struggle to spend my energy onto something. But I would never just give up all the effort I put into my life. If I never put that effort into anything, how will I grow and improve as a person? How will I adapt to environments I can't control? How will I learn how to deal with those things in my own way? I may struggle with my attention span due to ADHD, but even I'm against the brainrot videos with Minecraft parkour or Subway Surfers in the background and some wacky text-to-speech. I already don't want my attention span to be this bad, why do other people do? Why do they give into it? Why do people want to make their attention spans worse?
Yes. I have seen kids who were born normal but slowly turned into mindless zombies that couldn't interact with their environment. Like I have seen an 8 year old struggling to respond to a basic 'how are you' or "what are you doing?". Can't read or write.
They shouldn’t be able to just steal images for ai training. People shouldn’t pass ai images as real ones. It’s not AI’s fault, it’s the humans that misuse it.

10:50 I've been diagnosed with ADHD since I was little and its difficult for me to sit down and read huge articles for my college courses because of attentionspan. However, my solution for this are screenreaders which help with comprehension and maintaining my attention because I like being read to. But never in my life would I have imagined that we can make a fucking minecraft parkour TH-cam short explaining content to us. Jesus christ..
As an Artist and a Writer, seeing people use AI without any effort hurts my soul. Scratch that- people using AI for their own use or bad intent in general. The magi book is really bad! I'm dyslexic and for a long time I was insecure about my abilities to read. I wouldn't try 'harder' books because I thought I was too dumb. Do they want me to work at a factory? What am I supposed to do with my life? It's easy for older generations to say that. They already have an established job, and they rarely need to worry about AI. A lot of them either don't care, or aren't working a job that could be taken over by AI. Of course they don't understand why we can't work. And there are so many other political and financial problems with the current work industry, but that's a topic for another day

The worst part of the 'its cheaper for the companies' argument is that its not like they're actually changing the price of the product to make it cheaper because its AI generated, its still the same price. So basically consumers buy a crappier product for the same price.
One thing about the magibook: When I was in KINDERGARTEN, I had a 6th grade reading level and now we’re dumbing down simple paragraphs. Very sad for the next generation.

It's not just the level of corporate greed, it's also shows how lacking in any kind of creativity the higher ups at these companies have. That they think these look good.
Blame the higherups; executives, CEOS, shareholders, investors, all of them greedy and shady. They are NOT humans; they are creatures; parasites left untreated for way too long; a rotting plague upon society. People who worship these companies should be ashamed of themselves and wake the fuck up. To sum up, these people are out of touch, tone deaf, and are robots programmed to pursue greed and profit by any means necessary and are chained by delusion and ambition for power and control.
This is why I will never feel bad for them. That is the job of a designer, they shall see how they crash and burn in a few years without a professional working with them.
The reality of the art world is that the vast majority of artists no matter how skilled or talented, have struggled to find work in our modern world, before AI even existed. Over a decade ago, in school I was literally discouraged by my ART TEACHER for being good at drawing. Like it was a crime to be naturally good at art, and that it would 'lead me down a bad path'. For the people who still want real art made by people with souls, support commission artists, support artist's patreons etc, and hire artists for projects. We could certainly use the business. I'm an artist and I can't afford Christmas presents this year so I'm forced to create art to give to the people I care about, not that it's a bad thing to do but I should be able to buy presents like everyone else.
It's so sad that all these big companies can't bother to use a bit of money to pay actors and artists to make something meaningful. Coca cola's old christmas commercials used to be so beautiful, I don't understand why would they change it. I'm an artist myself and it's scary to think that there are less and less work out there because of corporate greed.

Im recently learning to animate, and I've spent half my life drawing and watching tutorials, dreaming that one day I'll have my own cartoon only for AI slop to become popular and steal other artists' hard work. Art is the expression of human creativity. Taking that away is what makes it invaluable. Thanks for reading my yapping
I feel like the only reasons these get allowed is that all higher ups are old and they watches them without putting their glasses on so didn't realise how bad it looked. It's why old people are fooled by it on Facebook as well.
It disappoints me when any company uses ai for marketing, but when I saw wwe use AI for its crown jewel intro I was devastated (and anyone who watches wwe knows that crown jewel is already bad enough 😭)
As a gen Z student who enjoys making art and consuming literature this makes me sick! I went to an art exhibition held by the art school I go to recently and realising that the potential of these actually talented people have a high chance of going to waste pisses me off so much! AI is taking away any merit from working on improving one's skills which will immensely hinder how rich and meaningful modern day culture could be. This could also stop currently beginner artists from becoming great ones. AI is reckless and dangerous! All I have to say is, keep fighting against AI ""art""
i worked in an art store and there was a time we received a book on how to draw anime WITH AI GENERATED COVER. it was wrapped in plastic so i wasn't able to check the contents, but the sole idea of it haunts my mind since. it wasn't even like in Jazza's video of him getting scammed with AI online, which is a whole story on its own, but they printed the fucking thing...

If everyone loses their jobs to AI, then how do companies expect people to be able to afford to buy their AI promoted products?
Small niche group of rich grandmas buying things for everyone, ig
it's insane how we are constantly being told "nobody wants to work anymore!!" when companies rather fire all of their artists and designers to replace them with ai, because even if it's ugly, they save money :/
But the thing is, if you use AI to do anything, everything feels soulless, hollow, fake.

Not to mention these companies will probably lose God knows in potential profits including marketing expenses.
I hope these companies, by the grace of God, lose a diabolically; absurdly extravagant amount of money to the point they are forced into hiring humans again.

Gee, I wonder why I feel so mudane and hopeless whenever I draw my art and feel like nothing matters anymore.

Pretty sure most online articles are now written by AI, they're getting increasingly sloppy and nonsensical. But the real fun happens once you reach the point where AI begins feeding off other AI, because it triggers a downward spiral that is irreversible.

I have to agree here in a sense
Even as someone who is autistic and has ADHD, I still want to put effort into my life, I still want to study, work, read, create art, just live life instead of relying on technology to do it for me in the cheapest, laziest way possible
Yes, it's hard to focus. It's not helpful, it's harmful
I may be disabled, I may struggle to pay attention to things, I may struggle to work, I may struggle to study, I may struggle to read huge texts, I may struggle to spend my energy onto something.

If certain literature isn't at your reading level, then just read something in your own category until you have the knowledge to understand different writings and works. If reading is too hard for you, then just don't read. Because if you're just going to have AI do everything for you, why bother learning anything?

The magi book is really bad! I'm dyslexic and for a long time I was insecure about my abilities to read. I wouldn't try 'harder' books because I thought I was too dumb. Once I finally challenged myself, it was so rewarding. But if I could have used this when I was feeling the worst about myself, I would have, and I wouldn't have improved.
Also, often the way something is written is incredibly important to understanding it.

I've considered taking an art job since it's what I'm good at. I'm just not cut for complex jobs like a doctor, lawyer, factory worker, builder. I can't do any of that, so my only choices are art or psychology. How the hell am I supposed to work these jobs with AI around? Do they really want me to go and pour concrete or something instead? Do they want me to work at a factory? What am I supposed to do with my life?
It's easy for older generations to say that. They already have an established job, and they rarely need to worry about AI. A lot of them either don't care, or aren't working a job that could be taken over by AI. Of course they don't understand why we can't work. And there are so many other political and financial problems with the current work industry, but that's a topic for another day

Tell on him. Honestly that will make the kids that didn't use AI angry from unfair treatment, that stays with people their entire life.
If they praise him I assume they don't know he uses AI or they actually do?
@cecilia4390 I think they do they just don't care anymore they are supposed to use ai detectors but they don't and even my old math teacher used chatgpt to write her application for a new teaching position and she got the job🙁 if we keep using ai we are doomed
Back in my day in the late 90s, kids just printed out pages from books, not even trying to hide that they are printouts (complete with the drawings that were in the pages they copied in the book) spiral-bound them, added a frontispice, and got higher marks than people who actually did the work.
(Yes, it has been over 25 years. Yes, I am still salty.)
if it's a public school then they don't know. if it's a private one, they probably realize but giving him good grades is better for the school's reputation.

A Turducken is a yearly celebration for thanksgiving day American football games in the NFL. It was a “six” legged turkey (they added 4 on the side) that the winning team got to eat. This was all the amazing announcer John Maddens idea and it’s is a staple that we Americans still celebrate in honor of him. That’s where they get the name and number of Turkey Legs from. That still does not excuse the use of ai, but hope yall now understand the name and the amount of legs.

That coke ad shows the huge issue with this AI all it could do was make a worse version of what existed before. It cannot create it can only remold the inputs

AI should just be used for placeholders imo. Because that's the one thing the AI is completely insane at, since the AI has crazy speed but lacks quality.

we're about to live our lives in a dystopia with this one 🔥
Corporate executives; greedy shareholders; shady investors; fuck it, the shadiest of shadiest of people. Take these CREATURES who have no sense of humanity and you have a parasite left untreated; a parasite left untreated.
