Great video! Thank you very much! The host is Roberto Pettinato, a former musician of the Argentinian band SUMO and others, who became a tv host. It's clear how the host tries constrantly to seem funny, and Bowie, very respectfully, keeps talking about MUSIC. A genius.
Thank you for sharing this! I'm hunting down all the bowie interviews I can find. It's great, I do wish someone with editing skills could remove that godawful laugh track for you! You can barely hear them talking sometimes. yikes.
Glad you enjoyed this, I don't understand the addition of the laugh track, it seems to have been used a lot on this channel as I'm editing a Ramones interview from the same channel, but a different show and again they have added a laugh track, quite odd. Anyway, thanks for watching
Hahaha It is perhaps the most famous argentinan laughing sample. It is depicted or maybe was depicted in a lot of shows. In this context ruins everything i totally agree.
Laugh track is ridiculous but very funny video nonetheless

What is it about British humor that there's donkey braying over the top of it?
When i'm down...i see this clip. We miss you Bowie.
Que gran vídeo!! Saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷 viva Bowie!!
Thanks for watching and commenting, great to hear from a viewer in Argentina
Bowie was so cagey and fun. He took this interview for what it was. A fun conversation.
I agree, he seems happy, it's good to see David laughing.
When he says "Great food" it's just AWESOME! LMFAO

Cuando Pettinato nos parecía divertido ja
Thanks for the info! Robert seems like a decent host, the only annoying this about this recording is the canned laughter.
Totalmente!!! Y Gillespi que joven ...
Just to add a (casual?) fact: SUMO’s singer, Luca Prodan was born in Italy, but raised in Scotland.
@@manuelvai igual parece q Bowie se divirtió... No recuerdo si vi esto en su momento...

A mi me pasa lo mismo! Hace un año que lo veo seguido y creo que Bowie se divirtió realmente.

@@pabloblanco7246 You poor people lol. I will never understand some decisions executive 's make. :)
@@ScottishTeeVee In some of the Pettinato shows there was live audience, don't know about this one though. Excellent video man.
cause this was a ''comic talk show'' kind of Conan or jay leno talk show or something similar
that's why "the laughs"
VAMOS PIXIES!
Que tipo tan gracioso y agradable era El Duque Blanco.
Cuando estaba de buen humor
-David, do you know who wrote "La balsa"?
-Of course! It was Tanguito... Everybody knows that!
😂😂😂
Thanks for watching and commenting
Brilliant to see Bowie but my God that laughter is irritating
The Lough is so loud you cant hear him when they go nuts
Wow... has there ever been a more obnoxious laugh track?
So that's what a Spanish laugh track sounds like
Yes, it's terrible
Laugh track is ridiculous but very funny video nonetheless
