What is it about British humor that there's donkey braying over the top of it?

Great video! Thank you very much! The host is Roberto Pettinato, a former musician of the Argentinian band SUMO and others, who became a tv host. It's clear how the host tries constrantly to seem funny, and Bowie, very respectfully, keeps talking about MUSIC. A genius.

Thanks for the info! Robert seems like a decent host, the only annoying this about this recording is the canned laughter.

Just to add a (casual?) fact: SUMO’s singer, Luca Prodan was born in Italy, but raised in Scotland.

Thank you for sharing this! I'm hunting down all the bowie interviews I can find. It's great, I do wish someone with editing skills could remove that godawful laugh track for you! You can barely hear them talking sometimes. yikes.

Glad you enjoyed this, I don't understand the addition of the laugh track, it seems to have been used a lot on this channel as I'm editing a Ramones interview from the same channel, but a different show and again they have added a laugh track, quite odd. Anyway, thanks for watching

Hahaha It is perhaps the most famous argentinan laughing sample. It is depicted or maybe was depicted in a lot of shows. In this context ruins everything i totally agree.
