Hi, thank you so much for that video! Is it possible to have the concentration of indophenol and phosphoric-acetic acid solution that you used ? I am working at a College and some students wants to determine, for their final project of their natural science program, the vitamin c in vegetables (crude, boiled, frozen etc.) It is quite difficult because of the strong coloration of the vegetable (sweet pepper, brocoli) juice even after filtration. I noticed that you used small quantities of sample and you are able to use many millimeter of titrant... Thanks

Prepare 10% enzyme extract. Its ideal for titration.

Hai, I want to ask. Is it better to use little sieve or filter paper to get the extract?
Little sieve is fast than filter paper but is it okay?
Since it takes too long for me to wait the extract when use filter paper

Some comments; 1.30min 0.05mg= 50microgram, you probably mean 50 mg, your balance looks quite dirty, graduated 5ml pipette

Weighing paper is too big for your required sample weight. You can also use amber colored volumetric flask for ascorbic acid instead of wrapping it with aluminum foil, but that's fine if you have no amber ones.
