Best video about Admin's actual day, I saw this other video where this guy is telling me what he ate for lunch and his diet during his day instead of describing the tasks at hand. So, Thank you for keeping it on topic.
This Video was brilliant thanks for this insight Mikee. Just a quick question how did you learn flows and is there any resoucres you could suggest ? Thanks
Thank you! Great question I bought a udemy course with Andy Engin Utkan . But honestly practice, I followed him and his tutorials but doing it yourself and practicing the skills helped me learn a lot. The company I worked for had a lot of established flows I’ve been learning from :)
Hi Mikee, where can i get experience as a volunteer in salesforce administrator in united states, Can u give some site address where i can look for the same.
Hello , i just finished my bootcamp and want to go forward . is there a way that I can work for you for free? just want to have more experience. and this days it is hard to find a job
I recommend starting your own projects! That’s a good idea, I can start a series on giving you guys training / what would you do in certain situations?

hi! i also graduated with a degree in biology! Yes I think depending on the company, companies are willing to outsource salesforce administrator even in india! You can do it!
Good morning and thanks for this great video. I’m 59 and getting ready for my admin exam. What advice do you have for me to be ready for my first interview and land a job. I believe in myself but I feel a huge challenge for starting this career. Thanks
Thank you Harry! You’re very kind, I always appreciate your comments :) I was taught English from a young age, but it wasn’t something I used in my everyday language until I move to US when I was 13. 😊
@@Mikeelianne I often hear some sf admins say they only work 6 hours a week or so around 30 hrs a week because the job is so chill, is that generally not true
She probably cannot share that because these youtube videos are public and anyone from her company can see them lol. We all know that we can get away with doing good, solid work in less than 8 hours a day, however no company wants to hear that. So even if this is the case for Mikee, she is probably smart enough not to admit that publicly. @@shajjj455
Hey Mikee, thanks for the video! How do you feel about the position of Salesforce Admin? I'm learning web development but I feel the market is complicated and perhaps there are more CRM positions available?
Hi Federico! What type of web development do you do? I do love being an Admin, I’d recommend if to anyone who wants a good paying career in tech that doesn’t require a lot of coding knowledge :)
It’s actually a very well done tattoo. Get off of TH-cam with your unwarranted unnecessary insults. How’d you feel getting unsolicited insults about your appearance on a platform where you’re just trying to help others on? Get outta here with back-handed complimenting making TH-cam a worse place
I am still having trouble getting my foot in the door with Salesforce. Are there any job titles you recommend in order for me to gain some experience with Salesforce before becoming an admin?
i recommend getting some experience either as an intern / volunteer/ jr.: Salesforce internship,CRM intern,Salesforce developer intern,Salesforce admin intern,Salesforce analyst intern,Jr salesforce analyst,Jr salesforce admin

You are amazing, Thank you!
Thank you for sharing!
Hope it helped! :)
From your experience as a admin what you works most on (like building flows, objects etc)and do you also touch the dev(apex..)
Most of my time is on flows and I love it :) and cleaning up unused / old fields.
No I never touch dev
