I went to "The American Dream Tour" (THE LAST FUCKING DAY 03/30/2014), the first band was so fucking amazing! after their performed, EVERYBODY was asking who were they (even me), the dude was nuts (in a good way) he's a great performer, he also sings SO GOOD. I really want they come back to San Diego. After BRING ME THE HORIZON, letlive it's my favorite band(:
+Eric Budnick-Portillo Yeah, its because his leg is a little messed up. He wears this wrap thing around it. I don't know if he still does, but he was for a while. But when I seen them, he was still a madman lol.
I saw them in 2012 with The Devil Wears Prada and Every Time I Die. Jason got so overheated that he had to step to the side for a water break. He was chilling out for a minute.
Don't get the folks saying their music is unorganized. I'm a music teacher and can guarantee this has form and is actually incredibly organized. It's complex, but everything fits in its right place. Super rad song.
exactly man and if you have ever met any of these guys, or watched an interview, the fame will never go to their heads, they are the most humble musicians I've ever met
Not normally my kind of music. Went to rise against show to see killswitch engage. And letlive opened and killed it. Never had heard of them but I'm a fan now. So much energy.
I met Jason yesterday and he is seriously so sweet. I finally got to thank him for everything. I love everything about letlive. Can't wait to see them again!
Whenever I get asked to describe the sound of this band, I always just say "It's like if Michael Jackson and The White Stripes had a baby that was really into hardcore music"
@@MatthewMulnix Is Fever even still a thing anymore? Last I heard they churn through members that aren't Jason more than the local McDonald by my house. Apparently Jason is super hard to get along with.
this is by far the greatest band I've ever seen live. multiply this energy by 20 and then you'll have half the energy they put in. Jason butler has better stage presence than I think any vocalist in the industry and he knows how to evoke the proper emotion. I've seen them once and it was the best concert experience I've had
Jason goes crazy live. i went to one of their concerts and he joined his own moshpit. it was their performance that made me want to listen to their songs
I wonder how many people know that the vocalist (Jason Butler) is the guy featured in Pierce the Veil's song "Tangled In The Great Escape" It's surprising to me how many people don't know that.
Bradley S Give their older stuff a listen, it was more hardcore than this. This is not the song I would show to someone who wants to get into this band. Listen to The sick, sick 6.8 billion, h.legder or casino columbus.
I've seen them live twice, and BOTH times I had no idea who they were and I hadn't heard this song yet. Now I have, and wish I knew them better when I saw them live!
Same here, it was insane. I saw Jason just walking around afterwards, too and he was the coolest and most calm guy I've ever met, which was surprising, considering his energy on stage
I don't know if funky post-hardcore (Don't go all batcrap crazy on me if I got the genre wrong) exists, but if it does, it is THIS. Well, I don't know if it's "funky" per se, I just don't really know how to sort this band into a genre.
Tilian was fantastic. His voice is incredibly high, it was really cool to hear him. If you look up a live video of them from this year you'll be able to pretty much see the exact setlist they played.
Swagpacolypse Ive watched countless live vdeos of there current line-up and there set list is amazing, perfect mix of old and new, just missing some DBM2, which was my favorite album :(.
I've been listening to these guys for a while now and I seem to always come back to Letlive. One of my favorite bands by far and I can't wait to hear more
They picked the perfect songs for videos from Fake History, but I think there are much more video-ready songs on Blackest Beautiful than this and Younger. Not saying they're bad songs though, just that I don't think they were the best choice for a video
I literally just met Jason Butler yesterday at camden and he is the most humble down to earth person ever. So happy I got to talk to him for a few but even more importantly their music is the shit^^
Am I the only one who thinks his clean vocals kinda sound like Patrick Stump from FOB? I know being a totally different scene I'll get alot of shit for saying this but I really think it does
BlackHatWearingMark Scream Punk seriously?!?!?! What happened to the days where metalheads got a long, no arguments over "No I'm right, your wrong its this sub-genre of a sub-genres sub-genre" the days when it was just a bunch of people who love different music but all for the same reason, Because it speaks to us and we think its fucking awesome. Do some cultural studying and you'll notice metal and punk are all in 1 same with rock'n roll.
priestkilla dude youre the one starting an argument. The guy is just saying that they arent metal. Hes not insulting them. Theyre legitimately not metal.
These guys are incredible live. I saw them yesterday at warped and Jason Butler took his friggin' pants off and hung with one arm on a support beam. The live performance is totally shot in the same location a Hoobastank video. I think that's how you spell it. This video is great though. Glad to see these guys killing it. REAL music and messages. More people need to listen to Letlive.
I love the energy the band has more than anything. They are mind blowing live.
Oh my god yeah they are! Jason is a really nice guy too I met him after a concert in Detroit.
Glassjaw tho
yep, seen them in scotland where i’m from and they were fucking outstanding, jason was unbelievable
Damn, their singer has so much charisma
You shall see him in person
I went to "The American Dream Tour" (THE LAST FUCKING DAY 03/30/2014), the first band was so fucking amazing! after their performed, EVERYBODY was asking who were they (even me), the dude was nuts (in a good way) he's a great performer, he also sings SO GOOD. I really want they come back to San Diego. After BRING ME THE HORIZON, letlive it's my favorite band(:
Richard Godoy I think you're talking about Northlane? They're from sydney. Theyre becoming huge!
this is tame compared to him live lol
and so much power
Take a chance and see them live.....mind blowing.
+Ryan Dyess I want to see them before Jason kills himself onstage
+Jackson Mackey he isnt as crazy as he used to be, but they still put on the best live performance!
+Eric Budnick-Portillo Yeah, its because his leg is a little messed up. He wears this wrap thing around it. I don't know if he still does, but he was for a while. But when I seen them, he was still a madman lol.
Ryan Dyess I always wanted to, now sadly I can't 😢
I saw them in 2012 with The Devil Wears Prada and Every Time I Die. Jason got so overheated that he had to step to the side for a water break. He was chilling out for a minute.
I love Jason,he got me on stage and came to see me when I was at St Jude going through chemo and shit
Epic chemo therapy. Hope you kicked it's ass too
Hope you’re all good man! His mum had leukaemia when he was a kid, could be why he empathises with you!
Letlive was a monument now the fever 333 is great but ll will forever live on!
The Wonder Years new album led me here. Thank you, Soupy, for this discovery.
Don't get the folks saying their music is unorganized. I'm a music teacher and can guarantee this has form and is actually incredibly organized. It's complex, but everything fits in its right place. Super rad song.
Ice Cube shirt + Suicide Silence shorts = fukn br00tal
Daniel Kane first thing i thought "damn, raiders shirt" :D
Daniel Kane k
exactly man and if you have ever met any of these guys, or watched an interview, the fame will never go to their heads, they are the most humble musicians I've ever met
Where has this album been my whole life its incredible
Um in 2013 ?
Not normally my kind of music. Went to rise against show to see killswitch engage. And letlive opened and killed it. Never had heard of them but I'm a fan now. So much energy.
Micheal Baker Same here. I went to the Edmonton show, and these guys were amazing.
Listen to glassjaw then, it's an influence for them, I think
same here, but I saw the open for them on the 13th. the vocalist is insane on stage. definitely an awesome performance to see by him
Same! I absolutely love them I'm glad I know them from Rise Against
This song attracted me because I love Banshees (Halo).
ok
I am only just now discovering this band 🤗 they're great!!! 🥳 Love their style
I saw this band live yesterday at the American Dream tour and the singer is crazy! I love it.
I met Jason yesterday and he is seriously so sweet. I finally got to thank him for everything. I love everything about letlive. Can't wait to see them again!
One of my favourite bands ever, so underrated.
Same!! Ha
+Reece Wheeler oh hello!!
Nothing beats Fake History but this was still such a fuckin’ excellent follow up single to that album.
Whenever I get asked to describe the sound of this band, I always just say "It's like if Michael Jackson and The White Stripes had a baby that was really into hardcore music"
***** Don't forget to throw in a little bit of Rage against the machine.
***** i was more thinking a three way between papa roach, hands like houses and afi. mj and jack can get in that if they want too tho
***** they like to touch kids while playing guitars?
***** for me they apitomize the los angeles punk sound. its like rage's first album and rhcp's first album had a baby
***** At The Drive-In have already done it about 15 years ago. Did you guys even heard of old school post-hardcore?
Cannot wait to see them in Milwaukee this month!!!!!
I just found them today. The band’s energy is great!
Go check out Fever 333 now. Since letlive. is broken up.
@@MatthewMulnix Is Fever even still a thing anymore? Last I heard they churn through members that aren't Jason more than the local McDonald by my house. Apparently Jason is super hard to get along with.
Suddenly out of nowhere this song has been in my head all day, I love it!
My introduction song to letlive. I freakin' love it!!
Dude, same
love that the drummer's rocking the ice cube tank and suicide silence shorts. guys got mad taste
Still probably the best band i've ever seen live! Jason is an absolute maniac on stage lol
These guys killed it last night in Lancaster, PA. Opened up with this track and the entire house went absolutely nuts.
I remember seeing these dudes back in the day, one of the few of my local bands that made it
This is excellent!
God damn if thats the energy put into just one video, I can't wait to see them live in July!!
this is by far the greatest band I've ever seen live. multiply this energy by 20 and then you'll have half the energy they put in. Jason butler has better stage presence than I think any vocalist in the industry and he knows how to evoke the proper emotion. I've seen them once and it was the best concert experience I've had
One of the best bands in seen live! The energy is unimaginable.
Kieran L They are the best band band I've ever seen live. You're in for a treat.
I get to see them jul31 in Milwaukee with the Rise against/KSE tour. So fucking STOKED!!
Kieran L dope im seeing them in boston tonight
2022 and hitting the 2 mil views. letlive was basically all my life when in school. Good old time, simpler time.
Yes mate
Jason goes crazy live. i went to one of their concerts and he joined his own moshpit. it was their performance that made me want to listen to their songs
These guys are insane live! Definitely watch 'em!
agreed! the lead singer kept jumping in the crowd and the speakers, they were really entertaining!
can't wait for them man!!!
I love how crazy awesome he is!!!
I wonder how many people know that the vocalist (Jason Butler) is the guy featured in Pierce the Veil's song "Tangled In The Great Escape"
It's surprising to me how many people don't know that.
I'm feeling the energy through my screen tbh, I'll have to hear more of letlive.
One thing is for sure, Jason gets into his music. He really puts his emotions behind it. Awesome
First time listening to letlive.
Holy shit, the energy levels are through the roof!
Go watch their live stuff. You'll see this at about 1000 haha
Oh how I miss these days.
These guys are amazing live. Love it. Remind's me a bit of Glassjaw.
I've met these guys 2 times now. Seen them live 3 times (4th time will be in 2 days). Jason is the nicest and most intelligent man I've met.
Really wish they were still making songs like this...so unique and powerful
Can I just get the intro made into an entire song? It's really good.
I am so in love with that intro.
Obviously a not needed reply but the album version has the intro in the video included in the song
This song is so catchy. Glad I found this today.
I saw them when they opened up for rise against 2 nights ago, they're good
Montreal ?
They have gone through so much hard work to get to where they are now. I'm so proud of them and how far they've come.
Saw them live at the Roseland on March 26, 2014, they were awesome!!
So did I! Small world! :D
XD
ME TOO!!
This guy can actually sing!!
Greatest thing i've heard in a LONG time!!!!
Who’s a new fever 333 fan and came to this lol
Me..just google the info 😂
Me 😂
fever333 sucks tho
Edgars Pavlovičs incorrect
same here!
Saw them yesterday with The Menzingers and Taking Back Sunday. The vocalist was literally in the crowd at times they were insane
I met the whole band, Jason hugged me and I told him I was proud of him and he whispered thank you in my ear :D
Gin wigmore - written in the water
Brought me to letlive
Pretty cool. Not my thing but thought I'd give them a chance after the singer cameoed on The Ghost Inside's new album.
Bradley S Give their older stuff a listen, it was more hardcore than this. This is not the song I would show to someone who wants to get into this band. Listen to The sick, sick 6.8 billion, h.legder or casino columbus.
+MCAdrien9606 its funny because this is the song that got me into this band.
payton jones Yeah this is also the song that got me into this band but when I listened to their older stuff I loved them even more :P
Lets just love what they gave us. And check out the fever
Them Suicide Silence shorts.
Impressive beard. Respect.
This is so wacky I like it
I don't know if funky post-hardcore (Don't go all batcrap crazy on me if I got the genre wrong) exists, but if it does, it is THIS. Well, I don't know if it's "funky" per se, I just don't really know how to sort this band into a genre.
Ian Smith had the pleasure of seeing them live a month or two back. still great even without Kurt or Jonny.
Swagpacolypse I love tilian to death. They will forever be my favorite band, they all bleed talent and creativity. I'm also very jealous.
***** Dont say that.
I've been listening to these guys for a while now and I seem to always come back to Letlive. One of my favorite bands by far and I can't wait to hear more
letlive.
R.I.P I'm so sad that I never got to see you guys live before the break up
They were insane live. Saw them playing blackest beautiful and fake history.
"If you're equating fame to a religion," is that line about the Lennon "The Beatles are more popular than Jesus" quote? Just wondering
coolcallumcool Quite ironic when you realise how pretentious this music video is.
coolcallumcool wow this whole comment section just opened my eyes to the metaphor of the video. I get it now, Thanks!
dornerd Really? How?
theonlyaxegirl the Beatles had to pay screaming fan girls 20$ to show up at events never heard of j.c doing that for fame
The beard. I can't.
what about it , huh? -_-
zack wolfe
It's amazing.
woaxxerica did u wish have a beard too??
Jeff Sanchez No
woaxxerica
that funny hahaha!
They picked the perfect songs for videos from Fake History, but I think there are much more video-ready songs on Blackest Beautiful than this and Younger. Not saying they're bad songs though, just that I don't think they were the best choice for a video
I would like to see a video from The Dope Beat.
I will never stop listening to these guys. letlive. for life.
First time listening to this band. They sound like Enter Shikari. I love it!
I'd react the same as these kids when I saw letlive. on tv
is anyone else here just because of the AMEICAN TOUR? LOL
Haha yep!
***** The only time I've heard of them is when I heard Jason on a ptv track. They're pretty good but the main reason I'm going is for bmth and om&m (:
No I didn't know about them until I was listening to one if PTV's song
Drummer has Suicide Silence's shorts and Ice Cube shirt. Nice :D
These guys are amazing. It's really nice hearing a new sound from Epitaph.
This band is so groovy and im addicted to them right now.
Let's just call it soul punx
letlive.vs pvris vs beartooth. The tough choice....
+Tyler Mcgilvery why you do dis? i love letlive. and beartooth
pvris suck. I saw them at the Albert Hall supporting bmth and they were boring
ll NEVER do it
Letlive, PVRIS < BEAAAARTOOOTH! 👌
This so reminds me of RATM. LOVE IT!
I absolutely love this band. Saw them live about a week ago, and they were probably the best band I saw that day
I literally just met Jason Butler yesterday at camden and he is the most humble down to earth person ever. So happy I got to talk to him for a few but even more importantly their music is the shit^^
is that woody harrelson?
Sounds like Maximum the Hormone.
im glad im not the only person who listens to Maximum the hormone
Reminds Me Of: Rage Against The Machines

+Dakota Perry Machines*

Seen them at Soundwave Brisbane last night. They are completely off tap ! Jason, you are something else live mate !!! Very, very entertaining !
I just went here cause they're gonna be performing with OM&M and bmth and they're opening and holy crap I cannot wait. These guys are epic!!!
Sounds like the band Live a little
Am I the only one who thinks his clean vocals kinda sound like Patrick Stump from FOB? I know being a totally different scene I'll get alot of shit for saying this but I really think it does
I'ts because they're both influenced by some soul and pop singers.
You arent the only one. Its one of the main reasons I love this band.
Yo he got a SOUL VOICE
Is that girl Britney Spears?
Yes
Maybe rather than spend ages defining a genre for them, we could just say it's just letlive. they are unique, so amazing.
Would give anything to watch this band live one more time
is it me or does the girl in this look like a really young Britney spears
Is that Woody Harrelson=?????
i've been thinking the same thing man!
I've browsed the Internet and couldn't find an answer :(
Dick Head maybe we should found out who directed the video and ask him...
Yeah you're right
Dick Head big screen it at 3:05, it's not.
Here because they're supporting Pierce The Veil... anyone else? 🙋
Squished Lemon i saw them and now i love them
Wha! I love Pierce The Veil! ^^ What are they supporting them in?
Misadventures tour Nathan Rex
Squished Lemon aghh yesss~ Thank you ^^
You're welcome 💓 Nathan Rex
So much energy in their music, I love it
One of the best bands I've seen live!!!
They aren't metal omfg /.-
Seem rather metal to me, but who really gives a flying fuck they are awesome.
Yeah!
BlackHatWearingMark The correct answer, is that they are 'Soul Punk'. haha
priestkilla dude youre the one starting an argument. The guy is just saying that they arent metal. Hes not insulting them. Theyre legitimately not metal.
lame music is lame
LOL creed, yeah you're 15
Save Whitey yeah you're right
Marsh Mellop cry moar
Mr. Wolf haha I don't like metal, "kid."
tumblrcore bands are interchangeable
I'd give a thumbs up just for the passion of these guys
Saw them live yesterday and they were insanely good & I met Jason when he was walking around and he's so nice.
Absolutely one of my favorite bands. Saw them at warped and they were so...powerful
2021 never gets old to me!
Just saw these guys live opening for Rise Against. This band has so much energy. It's almost hard not to like them.
I met Jason years ago at Warped Tour. He was the sweetest guy
These guys are incredible live. I saw them yesterday at warped and Jason Butler took his friggin' pants off and hung with one arm on a support beam. At the beginning of the set he took a garbage can and just chucked it across the stage. Not to mention he's probably one of the nicest guys you could meet.
The live performance is totally shot in the same location a Hoobastank video. I think that's how you spell it. This video is great though. Glad to see these guys killing it. REAL music and messages. More people need to listen to Letlive.
