I gotta say, aside from the great content, I love the way that Neapolitan coffee maker’s hat goes up and down with the raising and lowering of his brow as he talks us through his demonstration 5:25
I need to learn more about Italian coffee where is the video mentioned in 16:00 ? Give me name of famous coffee shops or something like that to search for
I own a lever machine and this explanation is actually not correct. The lever generates a standard, declining pressure profile while moving upwards thanks to the internal spring you have tensioned by pulling it down. It's physics. You can manipulate it a tiny bit, but it is not nescessary. The profile starts at 9 bar and slowly down to 0. The actual speed of extraction is manipulated by grinding the coffee finer or coarser or lowereing or increasing the dose size. The pressure profile is considered ideal because the flat 9 bar pump rofiles tend to have too much pressure towards the end of the extraction promoting a less sweet cup.
What is the coffee beans mark? Or any other good coffee beans company. I want to choose and roast my own coffee and i need some professionals to follow and learn from
If you mean the sweetened foam they put in the bottom of the cup, search for recipes for “crema di caffè”. Basically, it is cream, a ristretto, and white sugar whisked until smooth.
if you are not aware to make the original one, then you can try with the instant coffee + sugar + water. It makes very good coffee cream even if you use the spoon.
The beans in the Italian bars are usually very poor quality and are normally provided free or sponsored by the manufacturer of the machine they use. That being said I enjoy their espresso. Maybe it’s the atmosphere.
A good espresso is based on an extraction of 22-28 seconds and the dose is a secret for each particular blend.... Sounds like the way that Italians talk about everything - smoke and mirrors. You cant use 'culture' as an excuse for a lack of innovation after the point of invention of the coffee machine. Plenty of cultures have invented things for others to then go on and improve them - all you need to do is look at the average age of a barista in Italy...stuck in the past.
Io preferisco il caffè americano del Mc Donald. A Napoli il caffè viene tostato troppo....e risulta un po' bruciacchiato. "De gustibus et coloribus disputandum non est."
U don t have idea what you talking about. U guys like milk not coffee. Where does your coffee culture come from? Exactly. U call an espresso "short black" I said it all.....shocking!
Non troverai una cultura del caffè in nessun altro posto, come quella che c'è in Italia, dove, tra le altre cose, è stato inventato il caffè espresso, per la precisione a Torino.
@@antonyanatov9477la marzocco. Does it tell you something? How can U even discuss a metter like that. Just because U do drawings on flat white and latte does not mean that you guys have better coffee. Coffee culture in Australia has been brought by Italians. Full stop
Beautiful video and such a great passion for coffee!
Thanks! I learned a lot. Also really want to visit Naples someday!

Ma che bello video! Voglio andare a Napole a assagare
Sono indiano,ma questa cultura di caffe…piace anche grande❤
I have drank a lot of coffee all over the world and all up and down the boot and yes Naples IS the Coffee Mecca.
I want a good coffee right away!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why does the barista in Caffè Daniele use a spoon to ‘stop’ the coffee after brewing it?
In order to give the customer a clean cup with no coffee spots on the sides
I love Napule ❤️❤️❤️❤️☕️☕️☕️☕️
This is the same coffee maker that was in Searching for Italy!
Thanks
How do you make the coffee cream, I have tried multiple times but cannot suceed
It really depends on what you're using to make coffee. If you're interested in coffee cream, research pressurized portafilter

Best espresso in the World instead of donkey urine green arabica on fashion in the rest of stupid World
I agree. Love the classic espresso blend of arabica AND robusta.

Great video. It's funny that you say bartender when all english speakers coffee makers call themselves barista.
That's true!
Barista is Italian for Bartender. They have another great video about the history of coffee which mentions this

Lol
I'm Brazilian and that's definitely not Brazilian coffee.
No rum or brandy with heavy whipped cream.
No one in Naples claims that this coffee is truly Brazilian. The name comes from the Bar Brasil where it was invented.
@@MarcoMenozziPro interesting, thanks for the clarification.
Lol lots of bad shots
