I enjoyed another podcast from you! I am much older than you and older than my profile picture by about 5 years. In a way you remind me of myself when I was young. And there are also some ties to Germany and Denmark. I am of German descent through my father, although I am an American. I have 2 sisters that were born in Germany however. We lived there for about 6 and a half years when I was a child. I learned to knit while in Germany, at about 11 years of age, from a girl that was younger than me. She was 8 years old, I think. There have probably not been too many days in my life that I do not knit, thanks to Mushie. I don't know much about my grandparents, and I was a bit confused because, although my grandfather was German, he spoke Danish. I recently found out that he lived on the border of the 2 countries and they primarily spoke Danish or a Danish/German mix(?) My first husband was Danish; Christian Jacobsen II. We have 2 sons Christian III and Erik. Anyway- I live in North America; Nome, Alaska. I do not speak or understand Danish and my German is only remembering phrases and colors and numbers. I have lived in mostly Spanish speaking communities and was taught Spanish in grade school. It is good to have a second language! (at the least) I very much like the scarf you knit for Teve. The color looks good on him. Best of luck on the next 2 months of your self imposed yarn buying ban! When I was young, through my 20s and 30s, I could not afford to buy much yarn. It forced me to be more monogamous and creative. I bought yarn in OP shops and yard sales. Fond memories! The weather looks lovely in Denmark. Our snow is just now melting and the Bering Sea has some open water. See you next time....

Hahaha yes me too as I rewatched it 😂 there is a lot more fun dancing content, but I kept it short hehe, it felt a bit intimate to share! Oh yes this climate is perfect for wool layers! I wear my tops over tshirts, it's not warm enough yet without. So sweet of you to always show up here ❤️❤️
