Hi Dr. Mike, i was wondering if you could do a video on rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease as i have not been able to find a video with content covered as well as you always do. Thank you for your hard work!
Awesome video Dr. Mike. I've written down some notes ( active recall / spaced repetition questions and answers for this content ). Thanks as always for your well-explained content. I seriously love this stuff! hahaha.
Could you make an in depth video on a thoracic aortic aneurysm, specifically in the aortic arch, causing massive internal bleeding in the left chest cavity/respirated blood in left lung? My father passed away recently because of this.
I've been watching and reading so much on shock to answer questions doctors have not been able to over 20 years. Anybody have information on why shock would occur for no apparent reasons? Heart checks out ok. Bloodwork ok. Always starts with a stomach pain followed by routine symptoms everytime lasts around 5 min. Cardiologist has no conclusive diagnosis. Neurologist says everything checks out great. Has happend over 20 years about 8 times. Not a "common" occurence and more time between episodes as time goes on. It is a very frightening episode. Never sure if I will come out of it.
