Consider exercise part of your healthy life style, maybe even use exercise to stave off anxiety, but don't think for a moment you can make up for a binge episode by walking extra. I'd have to run on the treadmill for 43 minutes to burn off the calories in two slices of pizza. For you to make up for the food you ate at the restaurant, you could be walking all day and still end up in a surplus for the day.
