I have the 2016 RT Grand Caravan and mine won't work. The radio looks exactly like yours. The dealership said not all of these models have Bluetooth. Is this true?

I've decided to just buy a cig lighter plug-in adapter that lets me connect my phone using a FM channel. Of course, my dealer is not the smartest...
Hi Kandyce, the 4 digit PIN code is any 4 digit PIN that you would like to use. During this initial set up, when prompted to enter a PIN, simply state a 4 digit number of your liking. This PIN may be needed if you want to make changes to your phone pairing in the future.

We just got same vehicle and mine still not working i kept saying "setup" over and over again. but the voice command just kept repeating all options😭💀
