I almost thought I wanted to be a stay at home wife, but I like to have my own funds. I don’t want to ask nobody for money just so I can get some takeout or whatever it may be, and it feels like they have power over me. I just don’t like the feeling, so I understand. You got this girl!

Stay at home mom/ wife. My daughter goes to school so I’m free during the day. I started working out like it was my job and I’m the best I’ve ever been mentally. Also I started making vlogs on tik tok and that’s been really fun!

definitely seek God and ask Him for wisdom and direction. i know from experience trying to figure things out myself gets me anxious too. so i’d pray and consistently read scripture bc that’s what God is there for!!

I totally get it. My life changed the same way. First it was a new state in 3 months. Then a whole new country 7 months after that. I had to quit my job every time we moved and it forced me to be dependent. I’ve been working since I was 17 and I spazzed out when I quit the first time. I’ve never had to ask for anything from anyone and it’s hard to do. It takes time to adjust. Trust in yourself and your husband. I meditate to keep my focus girl. I totally understand. I make vlogs about my life now and that helps me cope with A LOT! 🤗…hang in there boo. Let me know if you need a virtual friend. 😊

You will be ok and it's ok to let your husband take care of you....when you are married it's not his money or yours it's both of yours together, you will find something and it's ok to release emotions even when you are alone, we are human

I'm so sorry you had your first panic attack!😭 I've had them for years(since childhood😢)and they're *horrible!* They come outta nowhere sometimes(usually stress related for me) and it's scary!😰 I will admit the sleep I get after them is the *_best!_* 😂However, if you start to feel like you need to talk to a professional... _do it!_ They can really help you get a grasp on what your triggers might be, how to manage them, how to calm down, medication if you feel you need it ect. Listen friend! I got married for the first time about 26 and I lost myself. Please figure out who you want to be in the next 1-2 years. You don’t have to have all the answers but journaling might help and perhaps therapy. Your so kind and honestly it’s not surprising that you suppressed your emotions. I used to do that and I would have panic attacks in public and unannounced. I had to learn that my feelings are valid. Get to the root and talk to your husband about the solutions you’d like to make to feel more solid.❤❤❤❤

Both looking for jobs, while being a house wife & a content creator (although I'm just getting started with that last part😅). I find that when I have anxiety attacks, gently patting my chest, and telling myself it's ok seems to help me through it. Also repeating love, peace, joy or saying a quick prayer while gently patting my chest helps as well. I hope this helps for the future. I pray that you find more local friends soon.
