    I cannot wait to see how someone can connect SD to Rokoko's AI motion capture. So using the motion capture could somehow add better data to the SD model so when we move it could help with certain aspects? I am not where near techy enough to even know if that's something someone would need or want but all this new tech is blowing my mind!

  • @OlavAlexanderMjelde
    @OlavAlexanderMjelde ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello, I followed your tutorial and I have a suggestion:
    If you start with cloning before downloading the model, you can just download it directly into the models path.
    Then your tutorial has one less step.
    For people who dont know how to use git, they can also use the zip download (but then it will be harder to keep it up to date).
    Also on my PC I didnt need to leave it over night, with 600mbit fiber line and quick computer, it installed in "no time".
    But it was quite fun, on the RTX 4090 I can still consume 100% GPU with this. A bit fun to play with the difrerent levers in the UI to see how it affects the outcome.
    I also did try some of the inpaint etc. but I havent fully understood how it works yet. But cool you can upscale too, inside the web-ui.

    How about copying poses from images instead of video? What if we want to create static poses, instead of a moving video? For example, can we copy a pose from an image into our character? Can we create a pose, using a 3D posing app like *‘Easy Pose’,* take a screenshot of that pose, and ask the AI to put our character in that pose? I think the benefits of using 3D is that you can create any custom pose you imagine, but also you can get that pose from a specific camera angle, which isn’t easy to do with photos.

    • @promptmuse
      @promptmuse  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes you can ! Totally agree with you. 3d will be a great tool that will integrate well into SD and visa Vera. It’s all a bit clunky at the moment :) I’ll take a look at easy pose, but your method sounds great

    • @chariots8x230
      @chariots8x230 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@promptmuse 3D can be very useful for comics in my opinion. You can create custom poses, and you can show them from any camera angle you want. ‘Easy Pose’ is just a simple app, with simple 3D models, but it has basic functionality for getting started at creating poses. You can choose to start from scratch or you can use preset poses, and just make adjustments to them in order to create a custom pose. You can also create poses with multiple characters, and they even have ready-made group presets with poses of couples and martial arts. All poses can be tweaked though, and you can create a custom pose out of all of them.

    Hello Muse ! I have been following you for a while and I have been trying this tutorial but I am having many problems with the consistency of my video. The problem is, I think, the instability caused by mouth movements. In my scenario, I have taken a reel of a singer and tried to make it look like a drawing. The steps have been:
    Convert video to PNG with Adobe AF
    With Adobe AF, remove the background so that only the singer is visible and the bg leaved in black
    With stable diffusion, i create a prompt and a negative prompt (something simple, change the color of the eyes, change the color and shape of the beard, and change the color of the jersey)
    Load several frames into IMG2IMG
    The results are all different!!!
    Solutions that I have tried:
    Take one frame for every 50 and with IMG2IMG (Inpainting) find a frame that is similar to the previous one (with inpaint) (50 similar to 1, 100 similar to 50...) and pass it through EbSynth (it has not worked for me)
    I have tried the "img2img alternative test" script within IMG2IMG (I am not very clear on what effects it produces on the consistency of the image)
    Using the blender tool in Adobe AF has also not helped in getting better consistency in the video.
    PS: The video has 368 frames, is at 30fps/s and only the face and chest are visible.
    Do you have any ideas?
    Thank you for your help and for your videos, I am learning a lot!

  • @APrettyGoodChannel
    @APrettyGoodChannel ปีที่แล้ว

    From my brief bit of playing around with ebSynth in the past, I got the impression that it's better to use a middle frame rather than the first frame, and it will work back and forward from there. The further from the keyframe the more messed up it got. Ideally the middle frame picked would also be a good clear view angle as well. Then you can also use multiple keyframes for segments and blend those segments together with some crossover parts in other tools, but there can be significant mistmatches. It's possible that by doing it in multiple passes feeding back into ebsynth you can get them to match up.

    Ah i remember the dumb old days where u had to click a install .exe file... now you gotta constantly press buttons u dont know anything about, look for drop downs that are hidden, watch 20 min tutorials and follow along pausing every 15 seconds. Then knowing about drives, remote & local, model training, 1111111111??? After that a hidden settings panel with more sliders than a elon musks spacex cockpit.
    finally after all this you get to the end and u get an error code thats 4 lines long. So u check the comments section and there are 648 comments ALL saying they got a different type of error code & the tutor says , oh u need to install python version 864-65.20005, install all the pip's etc...
    Ha, those suckers 10 yrs ago who would double click 'install .exe'

    This is similar to the techniques I have been using for a few months. I have only bothered to upload one video though. A lower cfg scale will get you more consistency. Also getting your original video to a square resolution may help. Keep up the good work.
