- Lately, I've been spending a lot of time at homeㅎㅎ And in order to get in the habit of eating healthily ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I did this and that and even got to Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt that has nothing bad what so ever!! People who have constipation, people who don't consume enough protein, people dieting!!! With just this ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋeverything will be solvedㅎㅎ
Rather than just eating it plain, it's much better if you put fruits, nuts, snacks, honey and so on in Greek yogurt! ^'^

꼭 나무숟가락이 아니어도돼요. 유산균이 쇠에 죽는다는 말은 거짓말이랍니다ㅠ^ㅠ 예를 들면 선풍기 틀고자면 죽는다는 말과 같아요. 요거트 공장 가시면 다 스테인리스로 된 것들을 사용하고 우리가 쓰는 수저들도 다 스테인리스에요. 그리고 쇠 수저를 사용해도 유산균이 죽지않아요!

솔라님! 지금 만들어보려고 하는데! 처음에 9시간 숙성할때 계속 따뜻한물을 추가해줘야하나요 아니면 처음만 따뜻하게하고 계속 냅두는 건가요??
양에따라 따뜻한물을 한시간반에서 두시간정도는 추가해주는게 좋아요
요즘 여름날씨엔 실온에 두셔도 됩니다. 실온일 경우 처음 스타터 가루로 할땐 24시간정도 걸리고요. 완성된 요거트로 재탕 하실때는 실온 6~9시간으로도 되더라고요. 제가 2주전에 사서 지금까지 하고 있어요

Yogurt water is really healthy, in Turkey we don't filter the yogurt. Our yogurt is more watery but still delicious. And we keep it in the room temperature wrapped in a blanket for 12 hours, and in fridge for 12 hours.
