And with MOTOMAMI, I just had a lot of fun. It's kinda like trap in a way. Artists can still make it sound fresh in 2022, but a good majority of it is decently stale at this point.

Black Eyed Peas used to be quite popular here in the Philippines (I'm not aware if they still are popular). I don't know how it's working for them, but it is for sure an effort to keep their relevance, I guess.
BEP were really popular in Brazil ten years ago or so. Maybe in another universe where carioca funk became mainstream in the US they'd be making a really below average carioca funk album

Hey Brad, you should really listen to their 2018 album Masters of the Sun Vol. 1. It’s supposed to be kinda like a return to their original hip hop sound pre-fergie. Hey Brad, you should really listen to their 2018 album Masters of the Sun Vol. 1. It’s supposed to be kinda like a return to their original hip hop sound pre-fergie. I heard once it’s their best album in a while, but didn’t sell well. Guess that explains why they pivoted to latin music. It would be great if you could listen to it, cuz im curious what it sounds like, but after this I really dont think I can stomach another black eyed peas album. So maybe if you could listen to it and get back to me, that would be great
